Conveniently located near town square, Chatuge lake, trout fishing, wineries, rodeos, golfing, hiking and tons of day trips like Helen, GA, Cades Cove and Highlands, NC.

The property is located in the hollow of two ridges in Tusquitte Valley. The home is private and there aren't any houses in close proximity. The home is not located in a neighborhood but it's located on 11 acres of dense woods and pastureland.

It's located 10 mins from town and 20 mins from a drop in for the Appalachian Trail.

Several of the neighbors in the valley have donkeys so it's not uncommon to hear the occasional neighing.

There are two "local" airports 1 in Andrews NC and the other in Blairsville GA.

The house does have an electric tankless water heater which takes a lot of electricity. Sometimes when running hot water, the lights will slightly dim, this is normal and is not a concern.

The home has a gentle driveway and plenty of space for multiple cars.
The driveway is earth and gravel.
