Come and enjoy Acorn & Antler, a dog-friendly, four-bedroom cabin in The Woods resort! The spacious home has all of the amenities you need for a quick weekend trip or an extended stay. Cozy nights by the fireplace, a peaceful soak in the private hot tub, cookouts with the griddle and fun nights at the fire pit will keep you feeling relaxed before and after your trip. Resort access (including indoor/outdoor pools) for $5/person/day (see below for details). The cabin is close to Berkeley Springs (20 mins), Martinsburg (25 mins) and Sleepy Creek Wildlife Mgmt Area (35 mins).

More details:
-Six-person hot tub with seating outside of the hot tub for two people. The hot tub is treated and cleaned after each stay.

-Four bedrooms with an adult sized mattress in each room: bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2 has a king bed and a full bed; bedroom 3 has a queen bed; and bedroom 4 has a king bed and a full bunk bed. Sealy, Novilla or Avenco produced most of the mattresses in the house. Each bedroom (except bedroom 3) has a Roku TV. The linens are taken off site after each stay to be professionally cleaned.

-Two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to bedroom 1 and the other bathroom is in the hallway. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and the hall bathroom has a shower and an oversized soaking tub (it's equipped with jets but they're inoperative).

-Downstairs game room featuring two arcade cabinets, a Roku TV, fooseball table and two oversized bean bag chairs. The game room has a separate entrance around the back of the house and is heated/cooled with a mini split unit.

-The screened in porch is a great way to be bug-free outdoors. Want to enjoy your morning coffee on the circular daybed while watching deer run around in the backyard? Done. Game day in October? There's a sofa, mini fridge and Roku TV to handle that. Game night in the summer? Turn on the string lights to add ambiance and the ceiling fan to keep cool.

-Step into the large living room anchored by the fireplace with Brazilian Cherry floors and wood ceilings. There's plenty of seating that provides a tree house-like experience with all of the comforts of a home. The wood-burning fireplace will always add to the coziness no matter the season (only manufactured logs such as Duralogs are to be used in the living room fireplace; one is provided for each stay). Seasonal views of the golf course in winter are also possible.

-Coffee bar stocked with a selection of k-cups, coffee filters, tea, sugar packets, and creamer pods. The coffee maker can use k-cups for a single cup or ground coffee for an entire pot.

-The Woods resort and immediate surrounding area provides a number of activities including golf, hiking, the Sleepy Creek Salon & Spa, fishing, vineyards, breweries, hunting, kayaking/SUP, and motocross.

-The house allows for guest access to certain activities at The Woods with the purchase of a guest pass for $5.00. A pass is needed for each person age five and over, per day. Accessible areas include: two outdoor pools (Memorial Day through Labor Day), four outdoor tennis courts, one outdoor pickleball court, an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, an indoor fitness center, an indoor raquetball court, an indoor multipurpose court for volleyball and basketball and an indoor tennis court.

-The house is approximately 25 minutes to Martinsburg, 20 minutes to Berkeley Springs and 35 minutes to Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, a nature preserve with trails and a lake.

Other things to note:

-A starter pack of amenities will be provided consisting of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, a 3.0 oz bottle of dish soap, a brand-new kitchen sponge, four laundry pods and one Duralog manufactured log for use in the living room fireplace. A large supply of trash bags and dishwasher tablets are provided. Pharmacopia bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided by wall dispensers. One, freshly-laundered bath towel and washcloth per guest is provided and freshly-laundered bedroom linens for all beds are provided.

-We will send you a rental agreement after booking that needs to be signed prior to check-in.

-Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and standard checkout is at 10:00 AM to allow for a proper cleaning between each stay.
