Nestled amongst some of the must-see destinations in South West Cornwall, this superb property is ideally placed to explore all the area has to offer. Nearby Cadgwith has an array of amenities, including a pub, shops and a restaurant, or travel a short way to Coverack or Porthleven for a wider choice. Enjoy dramatic clifftop walks on the South West Coast Path, venture to Lizard Point, relax on Cadgwith beach, or explore the other beautiful bays nearby such as Kynance or Poldhu Cove. Further afield, head to Penzance for high street shops and a range of leisure activities, alternatively other attractions include St Michaels Mount at Marazion and the Minack theatre.
This property is very well equipped with many modern comforts throughout. You enter from the courtyard into a welcoming entrance and to a wonderfully cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and wood burner. The beautiful kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge to create a romantic meal. There is also a dining area with seating for you to enjoy your lazy breakfast. The lounge area has a very comfortable sofa so cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The stylish bathroom with WC has a shower over the bath which is ideal to unwind after a long day exploring the various walks nearby. Head upstairs to the eaves of this characterful property into the super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) This wonderful bedroom is incredibly spacious with a balcony so you can completely relax and enjoy a lazy morning.
From the living space, doors open up onto the enclosed garden which is furnished with a table and chairs so you can dine al fresco with the charcoal BBQ on the go. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. In the communal courtyard, there are several borders with shrubs and you will find fresh herbs in the planter. There is also a communal laundry (shared between you and 2 other cottages), including washing machines, dryers, drying rack, and wash room for dirty boots, wet suits, coats and dogs. A dedicated parking space is directly next to the court yard.
