Just 15 minutes from the beaches, our carefully renovated home (since 2019) welcomes you for a comfortable stay in a family-friendly setting. Enjoy simple pleasures here: meals on the terrace, games in the courtyard, and friendly moments with fellow guests.

A Home with Character



Our house isn’t an impersonal rental. It’s a welcoming space designed for families and groups of friends who value sharing, simplicity, and mutual respect.



Good to Know Before Booking:



The house is on a shared property; terraces are close to each other.

Only one parking space is available. Access is via a narrow lane.

An Australian Shepherd puppy lives on site and may come to greet you.

The spiral staircase is relatively narrow.

The courtyard and garden are shared with our home.



Included Services



Cleaning package covers bathrooms, surfaces, kitchen, windows, and provides bed linens.

We simply ask you to vacuum, mop, and do your dishes before departure.

Here, you’re not anonymous. This holiday home is a heartfelt project, created with energy and a spirit of sharing. It’s for those who enjoy lively places, doorstep chats, and a friendly atmosphere.
