A lot of house for an amazing price and location!

We just loved our stay at this home. We are Americans traveling with our older children (22, 21 and 17) and we were traveling from London to Paris. We stayed at this home for the few days when we were touring the Dday memorial sites. We took a ferry from England to France, and our hosts were kind enough to offer to pick us up at the ferry they didn’t need to do that, but it was so helpful! They walked us around the property and helped us to feel at home. They home had four bedrooms as listed and two full showers, one upstairs and one downstairs, so it was easy for us to get ready daily without feeling like we were constantly in top of each other. The location was a half block from the sea and we took long walks through the town daily. On one walk to the grocery store through a quaint neighborhood, my husband and I stumbled upon a British cemetery. It was beautifully maintained and nested in between horse pastures. We ate crepes at a little food truck at the beach, visited the multiple boutiques near the pier, and had a great dinner at La Fabrique, which our hosts recommended. All in all, an amazing stay. We would definitely recommend!

Stay by the beach

The house was an ideal location for our visit to the D-Day beaches. With restaurants within walking distance and the beach just a block away, everything was incredibly convenient. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was highly responsive, making communication effortless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This was a great place to stay with my 94 year old father. The ground floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) are served by a good sized shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The owner Thomas was very friendly and helpful. The house is very close to the beach and convenient for exploring WW2 sites etc

The host provided excellent communication and the location and description of the property are accurate. Great large place for our family of 4 to stay for a couple days at the end of our longer trip. Great location to explore all the different area's and history along the coast.

Nice location

The property is private, clean, modern, and roomy. Great communication with the host. The location was great for walking on the seaside and visiting the beaches of Normandy. It's convenient to the ferry. The downside, all of the beds (except for the twin beds upstairs) were very hard and without proper pillows. Only 1 of the 3 bikes was in working condition.

A deux pas de la mer

Malgré un temps qui n était pas au rendez-vous, nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Plage, pêche a la crevette, aux moules er aux coques tout proche de la plage. La maison est très agréable. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Emplacement idéal et maison très bien équipée !

La maison est juste à côté de la mer, elle est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Les deux salles de bain/WC sont parfaits pour une groupe de 8 adultes ! La cuisine est bien équipée et la table à manger est agréable pour passer des moments conviviaux. Nous serions ravis de revenir chez Thomas :)

tres bon sejour, localisation parfaite

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le coin est très chouette, merci à nos hôtes. Nombreux points positifs de cette maison, dont : la localisation (1 min de la plage, 3 min de la plage surveillée), l’abondance de livres et de jeux, les deux salles de bain chacune pourvue d’un WC, la déco sympa, la vue sur mer depuis une des chambres du haut, la connexion wifi rapide. Bon à savoir : l’escalier est raide, si on est grand on risque de se cogner à certains endroits, certains équipements pourraient être ajoutés (verres « ordinaires » supplémentaires, panier à linge…). La maison partage son portail avec une autre maison (qui est située en quinquonce avec la maison de location), ce qui n’est pas gênant parce qu’on n’entend pas les occupants de l’autre maison. Parking facile dans la rue, avec possibilité de se garer dans le jardin.

Pour ceux qui aiment la marche, la course à pied et le vélo l endroit est idéal car le bord de mer est très agréable Il n est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses Pas trop de kms à faire pour visiter les endroits tels que Cabourg honfleur etc.... Nous avons passé un très bon sejour
