We welcome you to join us and relax in your own private Sugarland guest suite only minutes to the Metro, Dulles Airport, Reston and Ashburn. Enjoy coffee or tea while sitting on a swinging daybed on your private deck surrounded by nature, and then end the night with a peaceful slumber on a luxurious and comfortable King Size bed. Easy off-street parking for one car provided, with ample nearby street parking.
The space
Enter through the gate, at the end of the driveway, and follow the illuminated stone path adorned with a wisteria-covered trellis, guiding you to your exclusive entrance. Throughout your stay, relish in utmost privacy, with a dedicated outdoor area, bedroom, and bathroom. The spacious, thoughtfully designed bedroom seamlessly combines functionality and comfort, offering a luxurious retreat tailored to your needs. Immerse yourself in the meticulously curated details, including a one-of-a-kind modern bathroom boasting a sleek shower, unique sink, and agate countertop. Every corner reflects our meticulous two-year design and construction journey, inviting you to embrace a slice of our home's essence.

Very Charming One Bedroom place. Clean easy to get to and well priced for accessibility to the whole area. D.C is about a half hour, and was easy to do various activities in the area. Very close to the Wolf Trap center! Highly Recommend.

We found the "tranquil" Sugarland retreat to be centrally located and convenient for the places we were visiting. The property is not as the description states, unfortunately. The garden and fire pit area are not available to renters, it was fenced off and not usable, also the patio area was not clean or usable. These were two key points of why we chose to stay at this location. The main portion of the house was being renovated, which did not affect our room, but it did affect the overall quality of the stay. The apartment is air conditioned, but renters do not get to control the temperature. It is controlled by the homeowner and is quite inconvenient to ask for a temperature change every time one is needed. It was quite hot while we were there, so I had to ask for changes several times. We met the homeowner the day we arrived; he was kind and pleasant. Overall, the space inside was clean and comfortable but we were quite disappointed that the property amenities, as described, were not available.

Very friendly cozy stay

We stayed for 4 nights. Our vacation started with a James Taylor concert at Wolftrap ( just a short Uber to the venue). The apartment had a nice retro vibe with a convenient small kitch setup, beautifully new remodeled bathroom, big screen tv and access to all major apps and internet. Wally and family were very welcoming and assisted any time we asked. Beautiful location, loved this spot!

Lovely Room!

We were staying for two days to visit Washington. The garden and the room are super nicely decorated. The room was very clean and has everything you need. Virginia weekend getaway.

This was a very nice spot. Everything, I mean, everything was well thought out and clean. My first impression walking in was WOW!! And the bed!! The bed was super comfortable. I would've spent more time in it. But hey, I was on vacation from California, so I had to get out and see the sights. Lol.

My husband and I were in the area for an engagement party for our son combined with a little sight-seeing. This was an ideal home base for us. Beautiful and cozy

We had a great stay in the beautiful and cozy setup. Everything was very well setup and very clean. We had our own firepit, our own patio with a cushioned swing and two cushioned chairs. All was beautiful!
