Welcome to Apartment 4 at 31 Central Parade, a beautiful seaside escape in the heart of Herne Bay. Located right in front of the sea, this charming flat offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect for up to two guests this stylish space offers a beautifully designed living room, a spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for a comfortable stay. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you'll love the cosy atmosphere and modern amenities. Flat 4 provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, with everything you need for a memorable stay. Book now and enjoy a delightful retreat!
The apartment is directly on the sea front and there
Is paid parking on the road directly outside.
There are also various car parks nearby and
roads near to the flat where there is free parking such
Beacon Hill and it’s surrounding roads which is a 5 mins
walk.
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
