PARKING: 2 car spots in garage, 4 car spots in driveway, Boat parking in the back of the house. Side gate access. No street parking
PET FRIENDLY: Max 2 pets ($100/each)
1. Owner must completely clean up after pet - please bring poop bags.
2. Pets are to never be alone inside the property without crate.
3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture - please bring blanket from home (do not use any of our house blankets)
4-The property includes two queen sleeper sofas, one in the den and one in the living room, for additional sleeping accommodations.
