With sweeping mountain views, a covered patio, and in-ground pool, it’s easy to enjoy your natural surroundings right from home. If you want to venture out and explore, Hesperus Ski Area is around 19 miles away, and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities in either Durango or Farmington are around 25 miles away. If you're here to fish, you'll love the private river access behind the main house and private pond north of the barn. Lake Nighthorse is 23 miles away.

At the home itself, you’ll find abundant natural light and mountain views from nearly every window. Use the full kitchen (no dishwasher) to whip up snacks or meals, then dine alfresco on the covered patio downstairs. In the evening, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you scroll social media with the free WiFi. Even better, unplug entirely and step back outside to admire the clear night sky, free of light pollution. Sleep will come easily in either serene bedroom - another dreamy pastoral day awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
