Filthy property lying management
I called ahead to make sure I would have a ground floor room for personal reasons. I spoke with who I was assuming is the end keeper he did confirm that he was actually at the property and he had a heavy Indian accent. He assured me there was a room on the ground floor. I asked him what type of room so I would book the right room through the app and he told me single King. I went ahead. I did that I arrived at the property and there is no room to that description available, I have no way of canceling the room so I accepted the room and I’m forced to navigate up a stairway. The handrails on the stairway are covered in bird crap The floor is dirty. The door is dirty and showing more signs of dirty trade hands. All it would take is someone to care enough with a Clorox wipe to make the door look decent again on the inside, but it’s evident they don’t care that’s evident because they lied at their customers to get them in And they don’t fulfill on their promises. The grounds are dirty. The room is filthy. I’m sleeping on top of the covers and that’s still not the worst thing the thing that makes me the most furious is the fact I got lied to.
I know what I’m booking when I book anything like a Motel 6 I know what to expect. It’s a roadside motor Inn it’s no it’s not supposed to be anything fancy and it definitely hits a cheap price point but even taking all that into consideration the experience at this location is inexcusable.
