Comfortable stay with a nice backyard and view

We enjoyed our time here. The accommodations are great - clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully created. The backyard and view of the mountains add to the appeal. Great for access to nature, Provo, and Salt Lake City.

beautifully appointed basement unit

We loved staying here! This one bedroom unit is perfect. Beautifully decorated and stocked with dishes, coffee, tea, instant oatmeal and noodles, even some beverages in the fridge. The welcome basket just bursting with delicious treats was really above and beyond our expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with necessities. The living room had a very nice wrap around couch that could seat 6 easily. Dining table also has 6 chairs. The back yard is beautiful. I enjoyed meeting the chickens and bunnies. The view of the mountains is lovely!

We loved this place!

I really can't say enough good things about this property. My husband and I work remotely and stayed here for four weeks to spend some time exploring the area in the evenings and on weekends. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door, Kendra's place exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean and every conceivable convenience was available. We seriously could've arrived with our work computers, a bit of food, and a change of clothes and been just fine. We didn't have need for it, but for those with young children, this place would work well for you. The internet was great. The decor is beautiful and much care has been taken to offer an aesthetic of elegance and comfort. The sitting area outside is comfortable and has a gorgeous view. The garden was lovely and we were free to pick veggies, which we did a few times to enjoy a salad with dinner. Communication was excellent. Overall, this is one of the best lodging experiences we've had among the various places on which one can book these. If you're going to be in the area, definitely book here. You'll only be sorry when it's time to leave!

Great quite getaway close to skiing

This basement home was great! It had all the amenities needed for my stay. Kendra was great and answered any and all questions I had. The home is beautifully furnishes and the set up makes this little home seem much bigger. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay

The host was very accommodating. Going above and beyond our needs. Beautiful place, cozy, updated modern kitchen and bath. Such a nice space, it was the perfect place to stay for a week while we visited family. Loved the sperate entrance and views from the backyard. The kids had fun playing with on the equipment, and looking at the animals. It was easy to get to and from. The whole family enjoyed our stay we will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful vacation!

The little apartment in in the basement was absolutely adorable: nicely decorated, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was beautiful with a nice garden, all kinds of seating and a stunning mountain view. The place was close to attractions, hiking paths, and lakes. The owner Kendra was very sweet. We had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

6 week stay was easy with this VRBO

Kendra was incredibly easy to work with to get all the arrangements made for this stay. I had to arrange this stay for a co-worker who was coming to do some training. My co-worker enjoyed the accommodations and said that Kendra made it very easy for her to get checked in and checked out. We will definitely use this VRBO again in the future!

Mountains and City access

The unit is neat, clean, and as described. Owner was timely and responsive with any requests throughout the booking process and stay. Location can't be beat. Eassy access to town and the mountains. Off street parking was nice as well. The value for price paid is spot on. Would have been nice if we could have had Cable or Satellite on the TV , we like to watch NEWS in the mornings.. Other than this was a beautiful home..

Located at the mouth of American fork canyon

This worked out perfect for our family reunion in the canyon. It was a short drive up the canyon and was nice coming home each night to a comfortable location.

All the comforts of home

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is smartly decorated and comfy. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. We loved the quick access to American Fork Canyon, the welcoming backyard and family friendly features. It was a great home base for our stay!

Great place to stay

We were looking for a place to stay near my daughters house because we came for my grandsons graduation. We were pleasantly surprised at what a great place this was. It was very comfortable and Kendra added little friendly touches that made our stay welcoming. It is very clean and had more than we expected. Great location, lovely apartment

Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. This lovely basement apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well-stocked will pretty much everything we needed to make at-home meals. The back yard is gorgeous. We would have loved just sitting in the back yard enjoying the view -- too bad we had a busy schedule while we were there! This place is close to the mountains, yet also close to stores and restaurants. And it's pretty easy to find, too. Thanks!

Nice place with pleasant decor. I enjoyed preparing meals in the well set up kitchen. Welcoming host provided thoughtful extras. Neat property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the mountains and resorts. Entry stairs may be challenging for elderly guests.

Very comfortable and welcoming!

We were impressed with the thoughtfulness and quality that went into making this one of the cutest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. Everything we needed and more was there! We loved the garden and the beautiful nearby mountains and view. Very clean, lovely area. Kendra is extremely hospitable! Would love to stay again should we return to the area.
