Our cozy home is nestled in the tranquil community of Sunset Creek. With easy access to both Deerfield Road and Highway 16, you'll always have a convenient route out for errands or adventure! And don't worry about parking - our driveway can fit up to six vehicles with ease. Plus, we enjoy some pretty spectacular views facing towards the gulch and forest beyond it.

This is our primary residence with neighbors and family in the neighborhood. We have a VERY strict non-smoking policy in and around our property. We also note that we have outside cameras in the front and in the property as well.

• This home is located outside downtown Hill City and is close to Mount Rushmore Road. The neighborhood is secluded behind the football field and Major Lake.
• We have taken extra steps to ensure our rental property is well-protected and secure. Strategically placed outdoor cameras provide an eye on both the front and back of the house. These cameras are outside of the house.
• Take a leisurely stroll into town on the Mickelson Trail and enjoy some refreshing outdoor time.
