I liked that you needed your room key to access any of the floors with rooms. Especially since the garage is indoors and uses the elevator. What I didn't like... Automatically adding a "Destination Fee" and "Other Fee" to the bill. For what? To use the pool, bottled water at check-in, transportation to the Galleria which is 2 blocks away...give me a break.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. Service at the front desk was fast and nice. The only downside is that the parking was too narrow either in space or height. There was a section where car height clearance was low (something like 5’ 8”) and it seemed a bit dangerous.
