Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this luxurious Barrington Court! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa is located on the 2nd floor of the Barrington Court Complex in Palmetto Dunes. The open living space and a private balcony offer phenomenal ocean views. Imagine enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!

The Barrington Complex offers a large community heated pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the beach.

** Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15,2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please inquire for more details.

**POOL LEAK REPAIR 11/3- 1/31/26. WORK WILL INCLUDE CUTTING INTO THE POOL DECK AND RECOATING AS NEEDED. POOL AREA, GRILL, AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
