This 5th floor property offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The villa offers tile floors leading from the entry way and throughout the kitchen, living and dining room. The bedrooms are carpeted.

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful antique maple glazed cabinetry and granite countertops. In the back of the kitchen is the washer and dryer. The dining room has a farmhouse wood table that seats six and a mirror accent wall. The living room is elegantly appointed with an ocean blue sofa, matching loveseat, coastal printed accent chair and a 55” Roku TV. The sliding doors open to a covered balcony with a table for four and stunning views of the ocean.

The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a 40” TV. The bathroom has a single, granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. It can be accessed from the guest bedroom or the hall. The master bedroom has inviting views from a wall of windows and provides access to the balcony shared with the living room. Relax in luxury in the king-sized bed and a private bath featuring double granite topped sinks and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been updated with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and tile showers.

Captains Walk is in the highly desirable Palmetto Dunes Plantation, where guests can enjoy a large oceanfront pool with multiple sun decks, and a large, covered deck, perfect for picnics or to get out of the sun. There is also a charcoal grilling area and a children’s pool. Surrounded by palm trees and a fantastic view of the ocean, guests will feel like they have been transported to a tropical paradise.
