The Space:

Step out onto your private balcony and breathe in the salt air - from this second-floor retreat in Sea Pines Plantation, you're just steps from the Calibogue Sound and the lively South Beach Marina Village. Whether you're here to unwind with a good book and a glass of wine or explore everything Hilton Head has to offer, 1707 Bluff Villa puts you right in the heart of it all.

 

The villa

Tucked into Building 2 on the second floor, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa sleeps up to four guests. The primary suite features a king bed and an updated full bathroom complete with a bathtub. The spacious living room offers a queen sleeper sofa - perfect for additional guests or a lazy movie night in. A dedicated workspace and air conditioning ensure comfort whether you're fully unplugged or need to stay connected.

 

Kitchen and dining

The well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in style. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new wood flooring give it a polished feel, and you'll find a full refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals or casual breakfasts before a beach day.

 

Outdoor and location

The balcony is your own private perch - ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply soaking up the sea breeze. Across the street, a beach access point overlooks the Calibogue Sound and the always-entertaining South Beach Marina Village. The Salty Dog Cafe is a five-minute walk away, and Land's End Tavern is just seven minutes on foot. Harbour Town Golf Links sits 1.5 miles out, with the iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse just a bit further. Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Hilton Head Zipline, Adventure Cove, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are all within easy reach.

 

Amenities and extras

The villa includes a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, hangers, bed linens, and a full set of towels and essentials. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival effortless. The property also features resort access, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Long-term stays are welcome.

 

South Beach Marina Pool

The South Beach Marina Pool is NOW OPEN for Summer 2025 and closes Labor Day Weekend. Guests must register and pay before arrival to use the pool. All passes are digital and check-in is required upon entry. A link to apply will be sent with your Pre-Arrival Guidebook.



Daily Pass: $20 individual, $15 additional guest, $50 for up to 5 people

Weekly Pass (up to 6 days): $50 individual, $25 additional guest, $125 for up to 5 people

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

Great location!

This was our first time staying in South Beach and we loved it. Listing is exactly as pictured, directly across from the public boardwalk and the sound. The unit was tidy and efficient—bed very comfortable. Can confirm that the shower/tub area need some attention but everything was very clean. This was by far the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with in Sea Pines—and we’ve been coming annually for 15 years. Really great to work with.

Short beach vacation

Nice condo with excellent beach access. Pleasantly surprised by the nice gift awaiting my arrival from Host2Coast. Everything I needed was available. First time staying in South Sea Pines but would definitely stay in that area again.

Great, Quiet location

Few minutes walk to the beach few minutes walk to Salty Dog cafe. 15 minute drive to Harbor Town. Great location and quiet. The check in process was a minor issue as we had a hard time finding the office to pick up our gate passes for Sea Pines. Condo was clean. Only thing is caution is the Sofa Bed is very uncomfortable likely due to its age. Kids might not mind it but adults may. The beach there is the inket side so the waves are very small. However the sea life is abundant herez we saw a small shark, several starfish, dozens of dolphins. We drove to Coligny Beach our last day and it was about a 12-15 minute drive where the beaches are much much busier and the waves are bigger. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Property Management Company I have ever delt with.

This is a basic apartment which is in a great location and the price was really good for what you get. A few suggestion to make the property even better. First, one of the two sinks does not drain. Second, there is mold around the inside of the shower door and at the bottom outside as well as on the ceiling above the shower. Also, I found out after arriving that e-bikes are not allowed in Sea Pines. That is something you should consider alerting your customers about. The Property Mgt. Co. gets my vote for best communications ever. Hence the 5 stars.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The recent updates to this condo (washer and dryer, kitchen, vanity area) are great. In general, it was very clean and a nice place to stay. However, the old tub/shower needs to be replaced. Also the living room couch and chair are in pretty bad shape: old, uncomfortable and stained. Also, this year for the first time the pool was closed Oct. 1, even though we paid summer rates. It was very warm that week and we definitely would have used the pool often, had it not closed so early. That was very disappointing.

The only negative was that the tv was not a smart tv, and we could not easily use our apps from home, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Also, the cable box gave us some problems throughout the month...had to reboot several times.Also, the beach chairs supplied are very uncomfortable! Otherwise, we loved our stay at Bluff Villa, and have already booked for next year, but at a larger unit in Bluff Villa.

The Host2Coast rental agents were very helpful when we needed some assistance. There were a few minor issues with the unit. There are some repairs and updates which would improve things and freshen up the villa. For older folks the tub has no safety bar so showering is safer.

Awesome week vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here with our infant daughter. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware and silverware. The location was amazing. There was a nice, quiet beach right across the street that had lovely sunsets every night. The whole neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and nice. There was always an open parking spot right in front of our villa which made taking our child in and out of the car a lot easier. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella already at the unit which was very nice. There was also an app that we downloaded that a bunch of really good information about things to do around Hilton head and numbers to call if we needed help with anything. Very awesome place to stay for the week. Would definitely it let recommend to friends and family and would love to come back for another trip.
