South Beach is NOT the place to stay for activity, restaurants, beach, etc. No pool, no restaurants, and an inconvenient 20 minute drive to exit Sea Pines to get to the main roads and restaurants. If you want peace and quiet and time to write a book or meditate; South Beach is the place.Property was very nice, clean, equipped. Broken AC was immediately repaired upon notification.

Memory Lane

We hadn’t been to Hilton Head in 14 years after going for decades. The memories of the Salty Dog and RBC Heritage came flooding back. This Bluff Villa was perfect. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions. No issues. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Great South Beach location

This is truly an end of the island place and we really enjoyed that remote location. The inlet to Calibogue Sound is Right There! Dolphins are regular visitors to the shoreline. Salty Dog is just beyond the parking lot - but you don’t even see it until you make the short walk. Everything Sea Pines is close, but peacefully distant. The Sea Pines leisure path ends right at the entrance to the Bluffs. This place is ideal for bike riders and beach walkers. And the leisure paths will be even better once the current upgrades are completed. We experienced that construction, so you don’t have to (LOL)!This unit is very well supplied, and recently updated. We especially liked that the living area is well separated from the bedrooms to keep both early and late risers happy!We spent January- Mid February here and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in South Beach

We just ended our half week stay in South Beach. This location and accommodation are amazing! The condo was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for my family and parents. We loved the proximity to Salty Dog/South Beach Marina, as well as short walk to the Sound. The property manager, Jenny, was easily accessible and was responsive right away when we had a question. We would wholeheartedly recommend this listing to anyone considering a stay!

What a gem! Outstanding in every way! Great location!

Five of us stayed at this condo in Sea Pines. Right when we walked in, we were so delighted. I wish I could live in this condo! The location is wonderful- right by the Salty Dog, an ice cream shop and other restaurants and shops. You can just walk to these places or take a short walk to a beach that doesn't get too crowded. Harbortown is a short drive away where you'll find great shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is so beautiful. It's all been renovated. The kitchen is gorgeous with white granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything you could ever need. There are four large TVs in this condo! There are two full baths. The master bathroom has a closet and has a huge shower with lovely tiles. The owners spared no expense to furnish this place with great quality items and furniture. The balcony faces lush foliage and the beach. We were there during the tropical storm, but it didn't dampen our time, because we had this luxurious condo to hunker down in. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I am definitely coming back next year. It is a true five star condo in every way!

Perfect location

Everything about the condo was great, from cleanliness to a well- equipped kitchen. However, the absolute best part of the condo is the location. Right beside South Beach, your unobstructed view from the balcony is beautiful- the water is right there-maybe 2-3 football fields away. We sat on the gorgeous beach each day and watched the dolphins play. Sunset across the water and over Daufuskie Is spectacular. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant condo unit near South Beach

The condo is very tidy and can easily accommodate 4 adults -- more would be tight. The guest bedrooms and bath are small, and all of them are clustered together --great for a family, less ideal for non-family guests. The unit has a nice view of the Intercoastal waterway; the beach is a short walk away. The Salty Dog shop and cafe are adjacent to the condo complex. Pickleball and tennis courts and a swimming pool are close by. Spring 2024 work on the only access road to South Beach complicated travel in and out, but this complication should be temporary. The property owner was very responsive to queries and took prompt action on a couple of matters that needed attention.

Made the most of a rainy stay!

Great property. Perfectly renovated, this villa truly had everything our family needed. We walked over to the sound the first day. We had on/off rain most of our stay but made the most of it! Villa was a super short walk to Salty Dog Cafe- live music nightly and serves a great breakfast, lunch and dinner! Rented bikes right at the south beach rental spot too! Rode to Harbor Town- great little coffee shop there, shops, restaurants too…& of course the lighthouse! Stopped by to walk out to the Ocean on our bike ride back- beautiful- easy walk/bike on a sunny day. Also, Villa is in the perfect locale for tennis and pickleballers alike! We also found amazing playgrounds on the island for the kiddos. HHI truly has something for everyone- even in the rain! Property host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

Long Weekend Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this Bluff Villa. It is a perfect location for beach time, bike riding and meals at the Salty Dog. The villa was very clean and spacious. It was also quiet even though there were a lot of people around. Jenny couldn't have been more accommodating. We would definitely go back to this unit again. It was hard to leave!
