A full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and includes an updated vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination. Across the hall, you'll find a laundry room with a full size front loading washer and dryer.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals and entertaining. The kitchen opens seamlessly to the dining area, which includes a table that comfortably seats six and offers lovely views of the George Fazio Golf Course.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king, HDTV, large closet, and a private en suite bathroom featuring a tiled tub/shower combination.

No pets are permitted in any of the vacation homes between April 1 through September 30. This property's pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit. Other restrictions may apply.
