Remontoitu ja kauniisti sisustettu !! Tämä villa tarjoaa upeat näkymät merelle. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen villa on täysikokoinen keittiö ja yhdistetty olohuone / ruokailutila. Makuuhuoneessa on queen toisessa makuuhuoneessa pari erillistä vuodetta ja siellä on queen size vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Parveke pois olohuone on puoli näkymä merelle oikealle. Jokainen yksikkö Ocean Dunes on langaton internetyhteys ja pääsy "Uusi" oceanfront uima-allas ja levähdysalue. Ocean Dunes sijaitsee eteläpäässä saaren pitkin South Forest Beach Drive ja lyhyen matkan päässä Coligny Plaza ja Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes monimutkainen on merenranta ominaisuus, joka sijaitsee noin 70 metrin päässä merestä. Uima-altaiden lisäksi asiakkaillemme on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja pääsy pelaajien klubin kuntokeskukseen, jossa on täydellinen kuntokeskus ja lämmitetty sisäuima-allas. . Asiakkaat pääsevät Hiltonin Oceanside-baariin ja Grilliin ja Starbucksiin.

Very nice location. Just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Park and shopping area. Overall the facility and grounds are well maintained. The pool, although a bit small, is heated and kept clean. Very short walk to the beach with an access path by the pool. The view was perfect; you could sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our condo was VERY damp and had a musty smell that could not be ignored. I would really recommend a dehumidifier to protect the furniture and fabrics. Everything was damp ALL the time. Towels don’t dry hanging on the racks. However, It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen and there were games and books available for visitors. Strangely enough we didn’t experience the usual hodgepodge of leftover supplies that guest leave when visiting like salt & pepper shakers. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world Also would have loved to have had access to a couple of beach chairs so that we didn’t need to rent of buy them. The musty smell is makes it a 4 star and given the option I would have probably rated this a 3.5 star.

Family vacation

I’ll start with the good. Great location, decent view of ocean, and plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my son. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great. TVs allowed several different apps for my son which was nice. Pool is awesome, walk to the beach is minimal. I would stay here again. Some things that were unsatisfactory: this condo is very very minimal. Zero oven mits, so had to wrap a towel around our hand to remove the frozen pizzas- super inconvenient. Brought my own coffee and creamer because property description said coffee maker provided. Although that’s true, there were no coffee filters provided. Super frustrating. After we got there and were getting settled in we noticed our feet were black and covered in sand. There’s no way the floors were mopped, probably only swept. I reached out to the property manager to see if we could have someone come and mop the floors because we couldn’t even get into bed or sit on the couches unless we wiped/dusted our feet off. She messaged me a day later stating they had come and cleaned, but what’s odd is we were in and out of that room so much that day, and had lots of bags and stuff on the floor which clearly hadn’t been moved so I find it hard to believe the floors were mopped. Also never smelt like cleaner. I think someone popped in and did a quick weep through- thus our feet remained black and dirty the entire week. Overall, we’d stay again but hope the things listed above would be fixed.

Bare bones condo

The place was adequate. I would describe the place as bare bones. We arrived later in the day and the check in process was easy. It was disappointing when we arrived that even though we were on the beach, there were no beach chairs provided, no beach umbrella, no beach towels. We traveled from a far distance, it’s impossible to pack all the things needed. Prior to arriving my messages through VRBO regarding if these items were provided went unanswered. We were provided 2 bath towels per person for the entire week. The unit does not have a washer and dryer and the ones that were down the hall were extremely old and rusting. TV’s never worked throughout our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities. The location was great and very close to the beach.

Wonderful Time

Stayed with the family and had a wonderful time at the condo. Apartment was very clean when we got there and check in was easy. Loved the proximity to entertainment and being right at the beach was priceless!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit but wouldn't likely come back to this particular condo. The unit was equipped with all the basics but not much else. I know we went there for the pool and beach but was disappointed with very small TV's in both the bedroom and family room. Despite having plenty of space, they only have a full / queen in the master bedroom which seemed quite small for my wife and I. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and has 2 twin beds with barely enough room to walk by. There's very little storage in the kitchen. On the positive side, the unit's pool was heated (Critical for a spring vacation) and the beach was less than 100 yards away.

Great location; Good building; Beautiful beach

Our group of three stayed here for a week in August. Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Coffeemaker was broken and management company brought a new one right over. Pictures are accurate as to good side view of ocean. Balcony nicely shaded in the afternoon. Door lock was very tricky and took us a few times to get the trick to it. Management is aware. Snuggled in between two great resorts. Made good use of the Marriot coffeeshop. Great value for the location. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great location but pools in pictures not available

Located in a great location, right on the beach. Disappointed that two of the pools shown in the pics were not available to us. The two pools are underneath our balcony. The smaller pool (ocean front) was but it wasn’t locked to others and it was crowded with families with little kids.
