1681 Bluff Villas is new to the vacation rental market for the spring of 2023! This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor property offers expansive landscaped views and easy access to the Calibogue Sound.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and access to the private patio. The dining area is just beyond the living area, as is the kitchen which features new appliances.

The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. This room also has a large walk-in closet which houses the laundry center.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds and has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1681 Bluff Villas can access the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

Sea Pines is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Wonderful stay

We had an exceptional time at this condo with my family. Very clean, quiet, very close to the sound and to Salty Dog. The online photos do it justice, it doesn’t have all the upgrades but we never lacked for anything and were very comfortable. We rented bikes, which were delivered straight to us, enjoyed all the wildlife and the quiet sound. We got to the area early, I called and immediately spoke to someone about checking in early, which they granted. Exceptional communication via text and email with arrival instructions and things to do. We would definitely come back! Thank you for a great family vacation.
