Much different experience staying here from a few months ago. Room was definitely not vacuumed. Friday and Saturday party in parking lot, and stomping around the halls could be heard until almost 3am. Messaged hotel staff about getting a room change and didn't receive any response.

1 star, when I first got there the door to my room wasn’t locked and was partially open, I immediately went back to the front desk and told them and I was told that they cleaning staff leaves it open so the manger can check. The next day she. We got back from being away all day at 9pm the door was open again after cleaning!?!?!!?? All our stuff and my work lap top had been sitting in the completely unsecure, I told the staff and they didn’t seem to care . Just told again that sometimes happens, these people shouldn’t run a buisness period

The room was clean, and everything was in order when we arrived. The only issue that we had was that the air conditioning unit was on and pouring out sub-zero temperatures when we entered the room. It took a couple of hours to get the room up to a comfortable temperature, but my husband and I went out for dinner, so it wasn't too big a deal. The breakfast offered the next morning was varied and good. Overall it was a good stay.

The only problems we had was in regard to when I asked for a conjoined room they said we were given it but in fact we weren’t it was just rooms beside one another. The breakfast was definitely not what it was said to be no fruit, no eggs, pastries hardly anything at all very dissatisfied with the breakfast.

Fireplace in room not working. Was told they’d get back to me in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them for an hour while waiting in the room. Had to go downstairs to lobby and they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any solution. So far so disappointing!!!
