Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of North Holland! This beautifully furnished villa, built in traditional Wiringher style and completed in 2019, offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Unwind by the cozy fireplace or gather in the open-concept living and dining area with satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic stove, coffee machine, combination microwave, and dishwasher—ideal for family meals or a romantic dinner at home.

Step outside into your private, fenced garden and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the terrace. For a truly indulgent experience, soak in the luxurious outdoor hot tub (available for a fee). The villa’s three upstairs bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests, and there’s a camping cot and high chair provided for little ones. Laundry is easy with your own washer, dryer, and ample storage space. Located at the front of the quiet holiday park, you’ll enjoy extra privacy and convenient parking.

Bring your dog along—this pet-friendly villa is near scenic walking trails perfect for fetch, beachside strolls, and the Wadden Sea coast just minutes away. In nearby Hippolytushoef, enjoy local bites at restaurants like “Bij Naëll” or “Eeterij Ongder de Kukel,” many offering outdoor seating for you and your furry friend. Super Haus, super Lage für Ausflüge

Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber und gemütlich. Es ist sehr ländlich am Deich gelegen. Es gibt dort keinen Strand, sondern nur die Wasserkante. Da wir Anfang April verreist sind, hat uns das nicht gestört. Wir haben die geografische Lage des Ferienhauses genutzt, um verschiedene Regionen kennenzulernen: die Städte am Ijsselmeer, am Markermeer, die Nordseestrände und Texel. Gute Supermärkte in ca 3km Entfernung.

Das Haus hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Guter eingezäunter Garten, obwohl unser Hund ein Loch gefunden hat, aber sie würden das lösen. Die Sitzmöbel könnten bequemer sein. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Stellen Sie etwas Vogelfutter auf den Gartentisch und Vogelschwärme werden darauf strömen! 30 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto nach Den Helder. Empfehlenswert ist der Dijkgatbos, wo es auch eine MTB-Strecke von ca. 7 km gibt. Hier gibt es auch einen Gnomenpfad und normale Wanderwege. Das Restaurant im Park ist auch sehr gut zu essen. Bildschirme im Haus wären nicht fehl am Platz, also bis dahin eine elektrische Fliegenklatsche im Koffer mitnehmen.
