The rooms and staff are amazing! Anything you need the staff were ready to provide for you and super quickly too! The breakfast was delicious with sooo many options. Also the rooms were super clean and comfortable. We were a group of 3 and the room felt big enough for all of us.

The location is great and the rooms are small but very clean. The staff are nice but after getting spoiled in Cambodia with service and tranquil beautiful rooms…I can’t give this a 5 star. They are trying to be 5 star but just missing that extra mile. The pool is nice but the sitting area is very limited and very difficult to lounge. The staff were too busy setting up for a skybar party all day (both days that I tried to use the pool) and didn’t accommodate our requests to get the usual pool chairs. We couldn’t lounge at all on an extremely hot day and all they were doing was setting up spiderwebs on the railing for Halloween. No customer service at all! It turns out we were the only ones at the party. Overall I would recommend this hotel because price was decent and it’s in a good area. And if you don’t care about lounging at the pool, then go for it!

The hotel is newly built, it’s very clean and modern, it has a lot of nice eateries nearby and walkable to a lot of the attractions. I have to commend the staff and their excellent service. They went above and beyond for us and their service was truly exceptional. Will definitely come back again!

My stay at La Siesta was exceptional. The modern design and outstanding value impressed me, but the real highlight was the caring staff. While sick, the concierge arranged a walk-in doctor, customized meals to my needs, and checked on me regularly. Truly welcoming service, delicious food, and remarkable hospitality.
