One of our travelers was an able to book his room, because there was a credit card malfunction on the Vietnam government website. This facility has no room for leniency no room for reschedule - Took all the money even for the following days Scam

There is no flexibility. Visa got delayed as online credit card system to government was down. The hotel has no flexibility as room was not going to be used they decide they would not refund anything even for the entire following week. I can see this if they are fully booked but they had plenty of rooms left but are not interested in making the customer happy I hope this review finds them well Regards

Le Saigon is a beautiful hotel with beautiful room decor. Great customer service from the reception staff and the concierge staff. They even offered to use their personal charger to help me charge my phones because I didn’t bring the 110V converter for my chargers. They not only helped book Grab for me but they also checked and keep me updated on driver’s arrival status and made sure I sit in a comfortable, air conditioned area until my Grab arrived. Overall, a 10/10 on staff service, beautiful and clean room, and very comfortable pillow and bed. I showed up very late for my room, they offered to upgrade me to their more fancy sister hotel in the same neighborhood for no extra charge. This is definitely my new hotel for all my future bookings in Vietnam.

Roaches and hard bed

The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on and I’ve done a 24 hour sleeper train. Bathroom had roaches. But very lovely staff
