The building is showing its age, and the facilities are quite basic – think standard amenities, nothing fancy. Everything was clean, though, which is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. check-in/check-out was efficient. If you're not expecting luxury and just need a place to sleep, it's adequate. However, a little updating would definitely improve the experience.

Very good service. The pool at the top is good and I even got a massage done, which wasn’t too bad in price maybe only double the price from outside but very convenient although there’s lots of tourists and restaurants nearby very hard to find anything vegan

Awesome Stay!

It was my best stay in Ho Chi Minh City so far. Large room, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast and Tea Breaks had lots of varieties and are delicious. Staff provided great service. Location was good. Highly recommend others to stay in this hotel.

property is in a good location, closet tomajor tourist attractions sites. ample food establishments close by from this property. the only negative is the layout of the bathroom- the odd configuration of the shower/tub. unrelated to the hotel the city was experiencing "extreme heat warning" (daily temp of 26 C to 37 C, high humidity) during my stay.

I loved my stay here, mainly due to the location, the lovely reception area, spa treatment and bar at the roof. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was very good for a small hotel. Spa treatment was excellent - really good massage and facial at an excellent price, far better than some luxury resorts I've stayed at but with slightly more basic facilities. Pool and bar area at the top of the building is done very well - a great asset for a small city hotel. Location was great - great restaurants (Refinery) and bahn mi truck (Bahn Mi 74) 2 minutes around the corner, and close to walk to the main tourist sites of the post office, opera house, book street etc. The room is where I was disappointed - specifically the bathroom. Stayed in one of the larger rooms on the 4th floor - no issue with noise outside and it was nice to have a balcony. My big issue was with noise inside the room and the bathroom. The pipework was extremely loud when others used showers/taps and I can't understand why. The bathrooms need an overhaul badly - they do not fit with the feel you get in the room/reception/bar. Was a little concerning to see bare wires off a consumer unit in a cupboard, but it was a high cupboard - nonetheless, that shouldn't happen. Mattress definitely needs replacing in the room we stayed in so I imagine similar in other rooms. Would probably stay again, but I'd look elsewhere first.

We stayed at the Silverland May Hotel and it was awesome. Staff were so helpful and kind. One employee Penny was so sweet and helpful, I found it hard to leave. Hotel has a great breakfast, close to restaurants and activities. Pool area is welcoming and large, highly recommend this hotel.
