AWFUL PEOPLE!

If you see “Rixx” in the name, like The Rixx Marq or The Rixx Madison, a lady (Trang) owns the property and rents them out. We arrived and saw a sign in the lobby reading, “Short-term stay is not allowed,” and it made us uncomfortable. We called Trang and she said her “staff” will meet us. Her staff (“Duke”) told us we can’t stay here because the room is flooded but he can take us to The Rixx Madison instead. When asked why we weren’t informed beforehand, he said he just found this out- seemed sketch. With no other option, we agreed to go to the new place. He called us a driver to take us there and told us the ride is paid for and that he’ll meet us there. The driver dropped us off and asked us to pay (Duke lied to us). Duke never showed so we called him and he said he’ll be right there. Another guy showed up instead of Duke. We told this new guy we’re not agreeing to stay until we see the room first. The room was not clean, stained bedsheets, moldy- hell no for us. They pleaded with us to stay. Duke begged us to come back to The Marq as a room miraculously became available. No thanks- they are dishonest, misleading, and left us scrambling in an unfamiliar country. We let Hotels.com know what happened and dispute the charge. They called Trang to get her side and she said, “No, that didn’t happen. I told them the room wasn’t ready yet and to come back later.” UNBELIEVABLE. As longtime customers, they took her word instead of ours. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Great location and close to city center. The apartment is new and clean. Yet, the building management is a bit strict to guests and they are not welcoming short term guests. I have seen guests being kick out of the pool and rooftop amenities.

Nice stay, would be back.

Difficulty checking in as there's no reception desk. But overall a good stay, pool was great. Restaurants in walking distance. Private, secure complex.

The apartments are nice, but need better maintenance! First day, I was in an apartment on the 3rd floor, instead of higher floor, since the air conditioning at the one I was supposed to stay, was not working properly. The bed in the first apartment was very comfortable. Second day, they moved me to the 12th floor. Bed was not as comfy as the first apartment they gave me, but was tolerable. However, air conditioning in the living room was not working properly for the whole 10 days I was there. Called maintenance teem once, but a few hours later again problem with the air con. There was a way to control the air conditioning (and a few more things) from the digital mirror on the wall, but it never connected to the system very well, so actually was not able to control anything with it. Upon arrival, no one actually explain to you how to function things in the apartment. You find out, as you explore yourself, or have to bother the management with questions... Have to say, the manager answered quickly every question and was quite helpful. Still, I think a 5 minute explanation of how everything works in the apartment, would have been very helpful. I did not even know where to throw the garbage, until the cleaning lady showed me after 6 days. There is a big camera inside your apartment, which you can't hide from. I have found it very intrusive. Seems like it is in all apartments. No privacy, the owner of the place can see you all the time! Very strange. Safe in the room did NOT work

Superbe immeuble bien situé avec plusieurs cafés, dépanneurs et resto aux alentours. La piscine offre une vue spectaculaire sur la ville. La bâtisse est vraiment propre, belle et moderne. Ce n’est pas un condo-hotel, c’est plus un genre de Airb&b sans service de nettoyage. Par contre, l’appartement n’est pas si bien équipé, par exemple, il n’y a aucun linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. La literie, surtout les oreillers ont une odeur vraiment terrible. Il y a aussi beaucoup de petites mouches dans la cuisine de sorte qu’il est impossible de laisser un aliment sur le comptoir ou encore dans les poubelles. C’était impossible de manger dans la cuisine à cause des mouches. La salle de bain est très propre.

子供連れにオススメ

部屋は清潔で施設も快適でした。子供たちが屋上のプールを気に入って毎日利用させてもらいました。子供のプレイルームも併設してあり子供連れにはオススメです。屋上から見える夜景もとても綺麗でした。
