Bad experience. Checked in at 8pm without any directions for room number, building number, nor contact information. We were running around from buildings to buildings. Finally we got a hold of the girl and they said they didn’t have any records of our booking even though we booked and paid in February ( 4 months ago) then they asked us to go somewhere to find a different place so we said we will contact Vrbo to fill the complaint . At 11pm, they said they found a place for us and we discovered that the place was not as promised, low quality. There was no kitchenettes, no laundry soap. The blanket was dirty, not enough towels. Ants are everywhere. No support from the staff no matter how many message we sent them.

It’s nothing like the pictures

The unit looks beautiful in the pictures but you won’t get that unit. When I arrived and saw the unit I messaged the owners to say I thought there had been a mistake as it was nothing like the pictures, the layout was the same but all of the furniture was really old and stained and the apartment needed a really good clean. They told me they had upgraded me to a city view apartment. I told them that the view was beautiful but I wasn’t interested in the view I just wanted the lovely apartment in the picture that I had booked. They told me they didn’t have anything else and to just stay there because it was getting late. I said I would stay for the night but could I pleased be moved to the other apartment the next day. They never responded back to me.

It’s a very nice modern, clean area. Very touristy and have everything you’ll need if you don’t want to go explore the city and stay away from the bustle of HCMC. The building is safe, the apartments have everything you’ll need for your stay. We were on the 42nd floor and had great views. The host always responded quickly. We would recommend staying here.

Nice place in a modern building/neighborhood

This place is nice. It was clean, modern, and almost what was advertised in the job post. We didn't have much of a city view (you can only see the next skyscraper on the side) and the photos showed a second bathroom with a big tub and shower (which we didn't have). About a week into the floor started popping up tiles (probably 10 tiles) so we were relocated to an apartment with a lot of construction going on next door. I'd still recommend the place as it's nice, modern, safe area and was comfortable. Because of the issues I give it 4 stars
