Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was l clean and spacious and great value. Close to most of the attractions a short scooter ride or grab ride away. Would stay again 100% 3 of the cutest Pomeranians doggies kicking around super friendly and excited!

The staff were fabulous, the rooms and amenities are cleanand the meals were fresh. They booked tours and transfers for us, we rented a moped from the retreat for the day, they're 10mins for Hoa Lu, our stay was very peaceful.

Brilliant for a quiet get away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hosts are very attentive and the dogs are very cute, especially when you are missing your own. The cold showers and restaurant food were frustrating. But I’d return to get my Zen on.
