Modern, well appointed room with serviceable amenities. Concierge available by WhatsApp for any inquiries or questions you may have during your stay. The hotel is readily responsive to last minute bookings. The room is generally clean, the bed is comfortable, and the WiFi is strong with a TV that readily accepts casting from whatever streaming service you use. There are some oddities to the room: The only way to turn off the bathroom under counter lighting is from the main switch at the door (the bedside main wouldn't or didn't?), leaving you to wander to bed in the dark. The shower does not have it's own door and is flush to the room, the drain pan isn't extended to the entrance so you will get the bathroom wet without a towel dam. You can hear the nightclub from the 10th floor if you are staying in the block of rooms facing Liverpool Street. Lastly there are three elevators for the hotel with long waits at peak times.
