Suuri neljän makuuhuoneen talo, jossa on kaksi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta, josta on upeat näkymät lähes joka huoneessa, autotalli ja off street parking sekä suuri kannella ja takapihalla aikuisille ja lapsille. Tämä on täydellinen paikka perustaa itsesi hobart-matkan aikana, koska se on aivan ja keskeisellä paikalla sen 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä pohjois-hobarts-ravintoloista, baareista ja valtion teatterista, 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä mona-museosta, 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaupungista ja 12 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ajaa Salamancan markkinoille, ravintoloihin ja baareihin tai pääse bussiin suoraan etuoven ulkopuolelle, josta on u kaupungissa noin 15-20 minuutissa.

House is only a 10 minute easy drive to Hobart, The view is sensational, the rooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfy. Shelly is amazing with communication and checking in to ensure you make the best of your stay, she was also very good at local recommendations. The local wallaby was lovely to wtach!

Views and kangaroos

Views across Hobart from all front rooms, we could even see the Tasman bridge, striking at night with all the lights. A friendly little Kangaroo worked on mowing the back lawn most of one day. The wifi worked well for one of us who had to work some days. A good place to stay, near to bush walks and a handy little supermarket with good fresh fruit and veg. Hot bread shop a few shops down. No need to trek a long way for shopping. Shelley was very helpful and easy to contact. Would happily stay there again

Wonderful Stay

This property and the owner are fantastic. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the property is awesome, with fantastic views from most rooms. There is plenty of room for a large family. It is situated in a lovely area, not too far from Hobart central. There was even a wallaby and pademelon that visited the back yard regularly, for a feed. Would thoroughly recommend the place to other visitors.

Million Dollar View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley’s place. Her house was spacious, clean and had all necessities. Rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable and sufficient heating. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place! My kids enjoyed the house as well, especially the toys and playroom. The added bonus was seeing an echidna outside Shelley’s place! In my 29 years of living in Australia, that was the first time I saw one!

Had an amazing time when staying at this property and communication with the property manager was easy and they made the whole stay 100 times better. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Plus the heating was great, especially in winter!

House had plenty of room for my family with lovely views overlooking the city. Our grandson's loved all the toys. Wine and chocolates were a nice bonus. Shelley was a great host who was more than helpful when our flight was cancelled. Thank you!

Awesome views!

Shelley was great with communication for stay. For anyone that hasn’t stayed in Hobart, the drive into the city is about 10-15mins. The house itself sits on top of hill, with views down into Hobart. House was clean, there was minor issues with kitchen cabinetry.

Large house, great views

A great house with plenty of space. Conveniently located near shops & cafes, with easy access to Hobart CBD. Beautiful views and all round lovely place for multiple adults to stay. Hosts were great communicators.
