Mirramar House - Kingston

Sijaitsee 1-2 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Blackmans Bayn rannalta, Mirramar House sopii perheille tulossa rannalle lomalla, sukulaisten tai siirtyvät alueelle.

Mirramar House on 15 minuutin ajomatkan etelään Hobart CBD ja alle 5 minuutin päässä vilkkaalta ostos- ja liikealueen Kingston.

On 2 queen ja 4 sänkyä mahtuu 8 henkeä (plus ylimääräinen taittaa vuode tai portacot tarvittaessa). On kaksi oleskelutilat. Yksi on iso taulutelevisio ja DVD / VCR. Toinen on erinomaisella paikalla nauttia auringosta rentouttava hyvän kirjan tai nauttia näkymä merelle. On kannella BBQ ja ulkona huonekaluja, jotka on myös näkymä. Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja spa kylpy erillinen wc. Yksi kuningatar makuuhuone alakerrassa makuuhuoneessa on oma. Talossa on täydellinen keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja uuni ja pesukone ja kuivaaja tarjotaan. Mirramar House on täysin kalustettu ja sisältää kaikki liinavaatteet ja muita kohteita, jotka sinun täytyy itse huolehtia, onko viikon tai pari kuukautta. Joten onko olet jälkeen rannalla, poissa kotoa tai rentoutumista tämä on paikka tehdä se!

Overall the property was really amazing. It was clean well kept and well thought off. Loved the stay and host was really amazing. Feedback for change. 1) We thought it would be closer to the water that it actually was however the view was amazing. 2) Also there is only one toilet and bathroom and the lower level was kept shut. We were notified of this after the fact that there was no cancellation possible It almost was like take it or leave it. 3) We were charged a cleaning fee. But there were instructions all around the property saying if this is not done we will charge you if that is not done we will charge you. Then why charge the cleaning fee the only thing left was to vacuum, mop and wash the bed sheets.

Great house

The house is perfect. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a three night stay. The bed was very cosy and warm . Used the washing machine and tumble dryer which look brand new. Both very easy to use. The A/C warmed the whole house and the kitchen is very spacious and well layer out. The owner provided great instructions on how to get to house . Great location for day tour to Bruny island or spending a day in Hobart. Vert happy to come back and stay again.

A great time was had by all :)

3 hockey players and 2 dogs took advantage of this location during the Masters Hockey Nationals in Hobart. The house was well set up, hard surfaces, easy to keep clean. The yard, while small, held the dogs for 2 weeks. One issue with a tap was sorted with a single message, a mid stay clean was handled the same way. The dogs were walked all around the neighbourhood, we all enjoyed the scenery. There was plenty of room for us, we could easily have brought another couple of people. All in all, a lovely place to stay, many thanks to Andrea for making the stay so pleasant and easy to manage.

We.. my adult daughter and my sister, …had a fabulous time on our trip and Mirramar House was the foundation of the trip. The home is secluded, quiet, very comfortable and well-stocked, and beautifully appointed, and comfortable beds all around!!! Then there’s the spectacular view over the River Derwent each morning… one of our best memories and perfect with coffee!! We stayed nearly 2 weeks with a pademelon visit every evening in the front yard… so cute! I highly recommend this home, it was a fast trip in one direction to my daughter’s home and family, and Hobart in the other direction. Thank you so much, it was gorgeous all around!!

House has plenty of room. Seperate lounge, dining, and sitting areas. Made it very comfortable for 6 people. Great views of the water, although you must drive to local beaches which wasn’t a major hassle. Supermarkets and food shops were close by. Would stay again if i travel to Hobart.

Loved our stay …..beautiful house in a great location. Only gripes were that although there was a dishwasher there we could have just done a hand wash except there was no tea towels or dishcloth there. We also found the keypad on the door very hard too see in the sun so used the available key once we were inside. Excellent host very responsive to our messages.
