Many months of dust on all the small horizontal surfaces like radiator vents. Very noisy location. Was not a 4 star hotel by a long way. Restaurant would not accommodate us because of too many coaches. Would not go again

The room was amazing, very large and comfortable bed, shower and bathroom really good. Receptionist was cheerful and helpful, but the room that we were put in was on the upper floor and my wife has quite bad arthritis and finds stairs a problem. We asked if there was another room available, but due to 2 coach loads of people being booked in, there was no alternative. That aside this hotel had a bell boy, who could not have been more helpful.

No elevator. We could hear the wind whistling through the windows and kept me from sleeping. Our room was separate from main building and walking over for dinner in rain and wind was inconvenient. The food and service in the restaurant and bar was very good.
