Clean and well finished rooms, good outlook to sea, and quiet, apart from the pounding surf to put you to sleep.

Many months of dust on all the small horizontal surfaces like radiator vents. Very noisy location. Was not a 4 star hotel by a long way. Restaurant would not accommodate us because of too many coaches.
Would not go again
The room was amazing, very large and comfortable bed, shower and bathroom really good. Receptionist was cheerful and helpful, but the room that we were put in was on the upper floor and my wife has quite bad arthritis and finds stairs a problem. We asked if there was another room available, but due to 2 coach loads of people being booked in, there was no alternative. That aside this hotel had a bell boy, who could not have been more helpful.

Room wasn’t cleaned/refreshed during our stay. On the day we left,
Cleaning staff walked in at 09:15 without knocking and I was undressed.
No elevator. We could hear the wind whistling through the windows and kept me from sleeping. Our room was separate from main building and walking over for dinner in rain and wind was inconvenient. The food and service in the restaurant and bar was very good.
Sadly our stay was not comfortable at all
The room was very small
Had to open suitcases on the bed
The room was like a oven
Also had to carry your bags up a flight of stairs 😞
