Nice hotel but needs better communication

The desk staff was great and more embarrassed than anything but unfortunately the cleaning crew left for the day without cleaning some of the rooms. The desk staff sent me to 3 different rooms before I got one that had been cleaned. The first 2 rooms were in the process of being cleaned but not finished and the third room had not been touched at all by housekeeping. Poor communication by the cleaning crew to the desk staff. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Meh

The bathroom smelled of urine. We had to spay my body spray just to stop somewhat the horrible smell. We’ve stayed here before and at night I asked for a rollaway bed and was brought one at no cost. This time around I asked for one and the lady rudely said that it was a charge and when I declined she hung up abruptly. There were kids stampeding through the hallway various hours of the night/morning. There was no signs anywhere that indicated that “adult” swim time was after 11. A guest came in pointing her finger at my children yelling at them to get out. It was 11:04. I will not be spending my money at the hotel ever again.

Loved the jacuzzi was open to adults only. Wish rules were enforced. Horrible that a six year old is calling me names, then the mom starts yelling at me, because a told them it was 11:15pm and either stop screaming or follow the rules.

It’s an older hotel which I knew when booking. So, I didn’t expect it to be updated, but the clogged bathtub after showering and stained couch were unexpected. Also, room darkening curtains were not really room darkening. This room allowed us to not have to drive two hours home after an event so it served it’s purpose of which we were glad.

My stay was awful they overbooked the room I paid for so, they gave me a different room. The next morning I asked if they had the room I actually wanted and they gave me a room key that an employee husband was sleeping in. He did not pay for the room and it reeked of marijuana. I would liked to be refund completely.

First, the main thing: the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that was really good. There were a large handful of things I'd put in the general category of Annoyances. For example: 1) the light in the bathroom works only by motion-sensor...so it is all too easy to be in the bathroom for several minutes (like while taking a shower) and winding up in the Pitch Blackness of a room with no light at all. Good luck flailing your arms around madly to get the light to come back on while you're in the shower. 2) Several electrical nits to pick: the fan in the bathroom did not work; the lamp on the desk didn't work...I found it was not plugged in. Worst of all: one of the outlets in the main room had a broken faceplate, so a curious toddler could stick her fingers in to get a nasty shock. This didn't happen (I was alone), but I remember what my kids were like long ago. 3) Breakfast was meager but OK on my first morning. The second day, there was no OJ, no cold water, and no staff anywhere nearby to complain to. I left. 4) While I was having breakfast the first day, an unaccompanied dog wandered into the eating area and started sticking its nose in my pants pocket. I do not like dogs and am very allergic to them. There was no owner/handler anywhere nearby. I later deduced that the dog belonged to one of the staff. 5) None of the vending machines worked. There were other problems, but I'm out of room. 2 or 3 stars out of 10.

I feel really impressed with this hotel. I had a wedding invitation and had just comeback from other place so booked in a hurry and after read so many negative comments. Well, not my case since the bedroom and shower were impeccable, the room has a microwave which 8s so functional. They have too a place for dogs. The housekeepers are really very helpful, special thanks to Vanessa. The only negative I can say is that the vent machines aren't working but manager told me soon will be removed and replaced.

Upon checking in the staff was less than acceptable. The lobby was dirty and people were standing outside smoking weed by stairs. The entry to the hotel is not key entry, so not safe. When I went to the room the toilet back was missing. No remote to tv. The floor was filthy and beds were not clean. Please do not book at this hotel unless they make a major renovation and upgrades. I did not even stay the night there.

Dont..just walk away.

Breakfast shuts downn at 0900 sharp .even on a sunday. Dont even think about asking that they put more out. Pool is absolutely inundated with pot smoking. Rooms are not that great either...stay somewhere else..this isnt a bargain at any price...its a mistake

Upon check in our bathroom door had a hole in it and had a very strong chemical smell. We hand washed out the "jacuzzi" tub before allowing my kids in for a bath. The tub drain knob was broken but my husband was able to get it to stay. Also the jacuzzi part of it was non functional. Our windows opened which was nice but one side had no screen and neither side locked. This homeless people sitting outside was an unexpected greeting. The side doors for exit were taped so they never locked either. Pool and Hot Tub were wonderful and had pool towels available. Breakfast was included but you'll need to get there as soon as they set it out. We stayed 4 days and got to breakfast between 7:30 & 8:30 everyday and by that time they were out of most items. Housekeeping never came by and they seemed very understaffed in all areas.

Not great.

I’m a fit 27 year old and fell in the shower. Sides are sloped with 6 in of flat surface in the middle. Breakfast was never fully stocked and they closed early seemingly in an attempt to avoid restocking. Staff looked homeless and had no sense of urgency. Severely understaffed. The room was not well stocked and we had to go request the bedding for the pullout couch. No drinking fountains or water dispensers on the second/third floor. Had to go all the way to the lobby for water. No movies for rent or on demand and TV guide was not even close to accurate. The pool was pretty nice.
