The property is not in condition of having any guests in , the person at the front desk said that they are going into renovations next year but it looks like the renovations have to starts very soon because the conditions are very deplorable.

The room was clean but overall the hotel was just okay. The hotel is very run down and desperately needs a face lift. We were very disappointed in the breakfast provided as well. The offering were slim, stale and out of stock. We ended up having to grab breakfast out both days.

The pool was clean and relatively warm. The room was spacious which was helpful since we had a baby with us. I think they were doing their best to keep it clean but everything is just worn out. No hairdryer, very few towels provided, no bath mat, no body soap, tub didn’t drain properly, carpet didn’t look vacuumed. We would have asked for help with the tub or more towels but there were always people in line at the desk when we went by and had to wait quite a while when we needed something. Breakfast was picked over by 8 am and no room for us to get any food. Very crowded. Overall, it was safe and a great price. Wouldn’t recommend other than an easy place to sleep.

This place did not impress us. The elevator sounds like it is going to trap you in it at any point. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Close to many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Alain and Matt (I believe his name was Matt- I think he was a night manager?) they are both wonderful. Excellent customer service!! These two individuals deserve a promotion. Some of the best customer service in hospitality. Thank you again for your help! Expedia also had great customer service getting my stay refunded for me due to some unforeseen issues with the room I had. Thank you Expedia! The pool and hot tub areas were very nice and clean. The hammocks outside were a nice added addition. Thank you!

Everything about this place was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and loud, the bedding smelled like old greasy hair. The bathroom was disgusting; the toilet barely flushed and was stained. The shower head only had a turbo jet option, at least there was water pressure I guess. The floor and wall around the tub were dirty and damaged. The bathroom sink drain was super super slow. The toilet ran off and on all night long and the bathroom light was broken so you couldn’t shut it off. The area around the hotel was really noisy all night long. The only good thing about the place is there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. You do not want to stay here.
