Everyone was really nice and when we went up to the room it was very spacious and clean. We picked this place because we thought we might need the extra space and they had a room with a couch for extra space but didn’t end up needing it. We enjoyed the extra room though. Surprised with the nice area for a small fridge sink and dishwasher. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean and spacious. We wish the bathroom had a fan/vent. The only grievance we encountered were that was groups of families/friends staying on our floor who decided be entire hallway was an extension of their rooms. Children running up and down the halls for hours and adults gathering outside rooms with adult beverages. We didn’t mind the children during the day and we gave it some time but after hearing the adults encouraging racing down the hallway we decided to speak the desk. The staff members shut it down promptly but it did take two separate noise complaints.

We were impressed with the size of the room and it's cleanliness. The room darkening shade were power and somewhat worn. It did feel like we were trapped in the room when they went down. Kinda creepy. Everyone we met was friendly and appeared to enjoy their work. Many offered to assist us after the snow storm hit.
