Sijaitsee Down The Hatch -juhlakaupan yläpuolella ja tarjoaa näkymät Ottawa Beach Roadille ja metsille sen ulkopuolelle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa kahden hengen kokoinen kerrossänky. Laitteessa on myös pesutupa, olohuone, ruokasali ja keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan kodinkoneet.

Tämä Macatawa -järven pohjoisosan alapuolella sijaitseva The Staterooms -yksikkö on hiljattain rakennettu, täysin kalustettu viikoittainen loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee Yacht Basin Plazan toisessa kerroksessa, Yacht Basin Marinan sydämessä. Laite on varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Plazaamme on tarjolla Yacht Basin -konferenssikeskus, vene- ja huoltoliikkeet, Down Hatch -juhlakauppa, Uusi salonki- ja päiväkylpylät, Grand Banks -veneiden myynti ja Capital Harbor Investments. LoLon Bar & Grill sijaitsee myös kiinteistöllä uima-altaan äärellä. LoLo's on satamalaiturin ulkopuolella sijaitseva ruokapaikka, josta on näkymät rannalle, hyviä ruokia ja jäädytettyjä juomia!

Lämmitetty uima-allas on avoinna muistopäiväviikonloppuna syyskuun ensimmäisen viikon aikana.

Koska vuonna 2017 avoinna olevat liput ovat erittäin rajoitetut, TÄTÄ varaat lyhytaikaisen lipukkeen vuokra loman aikana. Stateroom-vieraat saavat 20% alennuksen lippuvuokrauksesta. Ei peruutusmaksuja. Venevaunullesi on ilmainen pysäköinti ja vieressä on julkinen ramppi.

Kävelymatkan päässä on Holland State Park ja sen laajat hiekkarannat, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kajakin, kanootin ja seisovan lautan vuokraus, vesiskootteri- ja venevuokraus, pyörävuokraus ja mailia pyöräteitä.

AVAAVA VUOSI. Staterooms ei ole vain kesäkohde. Vieraile keväällä Hollannin kuuluisalle Tulip Time -festivaalille. Syksy on hyvä aika nauttia värikiertueesta, retkeillä tai omenan poimintaan. Talvella voit hiihtää maastohiihtoa, ajaa kelkkailua tai ihmetellä Michigan-järven jäävuoria. Hollannin keskusta on loistava paikka tehdä ostoksia myös talvella. Lämmitetyt jalkakäytävät ja ulkotakka pitävät sinut lämpimänä.

Sisäänkirjautumisaika on kuusitoista loman alkamispäivänä ja uloskirjautuminen on klo 11.00.

- Ei poikamies-, poikamies- tai vastaavia puolueita.
- Valitettavasti emme pysty sijoittamaan suuria ryhmiä tai perhejuhlia The Stateroomsiin, mutta Yacht Basin -konferenssikeskuksen (kiinteistössä) voi vuokrata jopa 300 hengelle.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Holland State Park (luonnonpuisto). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Family gathering on Lake Mac

The unit for great for our group; spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, and close to Holland State Park where other family members stayed. We could walk & bike in the area. There was a mini grocery, pool, and bar/restaurant nearby, which was nice. We will be returning.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Stateroom 2D. The location is perfect being only a few minutes from the beach, but also close to downtown Holland. The condo was nice and clean, which is always what matters the most to me. It is very well stocked with things you will need, more so than most places I have stayed. Chrissy was very responsive. I left all my beach towels and blanket in the dryer when we left, and she responded right away and sent them right back to me with zero complaints. I would say the only not so great things would be to be prepared to carry your luggage up because I believe there is only one luggage cart and it was always in use. With a family of five there for a softball tournament and to hit the beaches, that was a lot of luggage! Do not try to use all three showers at once, you will run out of hot water. Stagger the showers and you will be fine. These things did not ruin our stay, we had a very nice time.

Great Beach/Pickleball escape

Hi. 8 of us had a great 4th of July week. Brand new pickleball courts are less than a mile away. Beach was very busy due to the holiday, so the pool was heavensent. Down the Hatch party store directly beneath us also saved us for food, TP, garbage bags, olive oil, ice and of course, drinks. Property was spacious, comfy and clean. Would rent again, thanks. :)

Perfect Family Place To Stay

The property was as described in the listing. Very clean! The pool was just a few steps from the unit. Lolo's was too & it's a great place to grab food right on the property. The personnel were all friendly and attentive. Couldn't have asked for more!

Located in a great community

The facility was very nice and comfortable. Facing the main was a little on the loud side if you have little ones. Has a balcony which is nice if you want to sit outside only it was very dirty. Overall a good experience.

Great for grandma!

This place was clean and the air was fresh. It was a good place for someone with oxygen requirement. The Hosts were very accommodating regarding Oxygen Delivery. It was accessible with a Rollator walker. A large wheelchair does not fit in all rooms. A very enjoyable stay with two families and Grammy

NO HELP

The "10 second show you your room" was woefully inadequate! And when I asked for help, no one came. Burnt out lights and leaking roof in 3 rooms reports went unanswered and not fixed. I called the phone number on the info sheet were not returned.

Great Summer Vaca in Holland

The property has great amenities- laundry in unit, the pool, the Down the Hatch party store. Very spacious unit with a well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning worked well- loved the dual zone to keep it cool. Overall a great property but a few things that could have been better: 1- Check in was not as smooth as it could have been. We arrived later than expected and it took some time to find the keys; 2- It is not within walking distance to the beach. It’s about two miles which for all our beach gear was too far to walk. 3- The towels were awful- cheap, white, thin, rough motel towels! Upgrade the towels! 4- Lola’s bar was not open during the day on weekdays. It is a great place for drinks by the pool but food is limited and pricey. Family liked pizza and sandwiches at Down the Hatch much better. 5- Ask if you face the street or the marina. We faced the street right above the party store. It was noisy as the store has pretty constant traffic. 6- WiFi could have been better. I needed to log into work one morning and couldn’t connect. Some comments about the area: 1- Ottawa Beach Inn was great for dinner. 2- Beachwood Grill pretty good but they need more help. 3- Get the Dole Whip and donuts at Bowerman Blueberries- AMAZING! 4- The Holland State Park Beach was wonderful! During the week we got there by 11 and no one was charging for parking. Plenty of parking very close to the water with a walkway on the sand. Great for wheelchair access! We enjoyed the food at the Beach cafe and it was reasonably priced. 5- Highly suggest the Saugatuck Dune Ride. Loads of fun and interesting history of the area. 6- Craigs Cruisers very fun place for go carts, mini golf. Staff was very friendly! 7- Everything you need is in town about 15 minutes from the condo. Grocery stores, gas stations, Dollar stores, etc. 8- Wasn’t very impressed with downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Some overpriced boutiques. Surprised how hard it was to find a decent t shirt. Restaurant waits very long and most don’t take reservations in both downtowns. I assume this was due to COVID and worker shortages. 9- Dune Dogs was overpriced and the dogs were not good! We are used to Portillos and these were not even close! 10- Great bike / running / walking path right along Ottawa Beach Road from the unit to the beach.

Great family location

Despite a week of rain, we all relaxed, ate and talked. The unit was large enough that we could have room to ourselves and room to be together. Great biking trails and fun to watch the baby ducks in the marina!

Perfect for our family!

This property is beautiful - newly updated and painted and most everything provided you could possibly need! So nice to have space to spread out and relax & loved the large table for family dinners. It has a terrific store on the first level and is 2 miles from the beautiful Holland State Park Beach. Ms. Chrissy was awesome in her communication with us! This was just the blessed getaway we needed during these CRAZY times.

Vacation with family

It was a wonderful week with our son, his wife, and 2 children. The condo was very nice and clean. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The pool was a little to cold but we still enjoyed it. It's a great place for families with small children.
