The bathroom features a bathtub, rain shower, and separate WC. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds plus a sofa bed accommodate up to six guests. An integrated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are ideal for longer stays.

Our apartments are quietly yet centrally located in the heart of Hollenstein an der Ybbs, in the Ybbstal valley, within walking distance of the village center.



Hollenstein lies in the NÖ Eisenwurzen Nature Park, close to the Kalkalpen and Gesäuse National Parks, near Lunzer See and the Hollenstein natural beach.



Directly on the Ybbstal Cycle Path, our apartments suit cyclists perfectly: lockable bike garage, e-bike charging station, wash area with hose, and bike tools, plus a covered parking space with EV charging station per apartment.



Instead of air conditioning, individual Loxone smart-home climate control, underfloor cooling, controlled ventilation, and external blinds keep rooms pleasantly cool even in heatwaves.
