Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook with ease using our well-equipped kitchen, as we provide essential cookware and dinnerware for guests use, along with paper towels and dish detergent.
Bathroom Essentials: Towels are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Laundry On-Site: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry detergent is provided.
Walking Distance to Beach: Half a mile and only a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Access #1 makes a trip to the beach quick and easy.
Elevator available for convenience: Helpful for adults who struggle with stairs, as well as transporting luggage and groceries. Not to be used as a play area by children.


Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, balconies, dock, and kayaks. There is also driveway parking available for multiple vehicles.

Other Things to Note
Dock Use: Guests may use the dock at their own risk. The boat ramp is for non-motorized boats only.
Safety Note: The water near the dock is shallow. Do not jump or dive into the water. Mussels and clams around the dock are razor-sharp – we recommend wearing water shoes.
