Summer Daze has an easy-going comfortable atmosphere. It offers five bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with all the necessities and a few extras, this home presents you with an ideal coastal retreat.

The first bedroom is located on the ground level. With a living area, kitchen (no dishwasher), sleeping area, and private bathroom, this apartment (first bedroom) is a great advantage for bringing along extra family or friends. A quaint kitchen, with a table for four, offers a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The pine cabinets house cookware, dishes, and other extras. There is a private bath and a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. A set of stairs, to the right of the garage, leads you to a sizeable street-side porch where there is plenty of seating for everyone to watch the sun set below the sound.

The beachy and brightly painted walls throughout this home glisten with sunlight from the nicely framed windows. This cozy home offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, living area, and four bedrooms. The home-style kitchen has a table for four and all the essentials required to whip up your family's favorite meal. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The numerous cabinets offer many extras for the family cook. A generously sized breakfast bar adds seating for six. The living area is a great place to unwind. A set of wicker chairs offer more seating and books for your entertainment. The sunshine soaks the large window and offers amazing views of the ocean just beyond the expansive deck. Partially covered, this space holds numerous chairs, a large picnic table, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk leading straight to the sugar sand beach. There is plenty of room for tanning in the sun chairs, napping in the Adirondack chairs, watching the sunrise, or snacking at the picnic table. You may find yourself living daily on the deck by the shore.

As the day closes, the charming bedrooms offer a comfortable place for a good night's rest. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the home. The north side offers one oceanfront room and one sound-side room. The south side offers the same. The second bedroom is oceanfront on the north side of the home. The third bedroom faces the sound on the north side of the home. The fourth bedroom is oceanfront on the south side of the home. The fifth bedroom faces the sound on the south side of the home.
