Just as the name describes it, Sea Coast Suites Unit #3 is literally "So Close" to everything Surf City has to offer! 

Guest can easily plan on parking their car for the weekend and not having to use it again until it is time to go home! Enjoy walking 1 minute to the beach & "downtown" Surf City!

Downtown Surf City has everything to keep you and your family entertained after a long day at the beach, a rainy afternoon, or an off season get away! Make a stop by the Topsail Touch Tank Aquarium, enjoy a meal or a drink with waterfront dining at Daddy Macs or Buddy's, enjoy tacos at a local favorite, Shaka Taco, or grab a few beers and a 10" pizza at The Peak, and then stop by the IGA Grocery Store for a few snacks or dinner for the condo. If you are able, make sure to plan a night out, live music can be found almost any day of the week at unWINED.

“So Close” Coastal Condo is located at the popular Sea Coast Suites in Surf City, NC. Only 250 feet from a Public Beach Access and nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterways. Unlike a hotel room, enjoy the privacy of your own space!

***Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and spaces underneath the building are tight. While SUVs and trucks can fit, it may be a snug maneuver, so we recommend caution when parking larger vehicles. No boats or trailers are allowed, per the HOA.

Dogs:
- We allow up to 2 dogs under 40lbs. A non-refundable pet fee for the 1st dog is $100.00 and an additional $50 for the second dog.
- Guests will still be held responsible for any extra costs associated with excessive soil, staining, odor and/or damage should they occur. 
- HOA has breed and size restrictions – brief questionnaire and a pet pic required. Dog breeds not allowed in the complex include Pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Great Dane, St. Bernards due to insurance limitations. 
- Fully housebroken dogs only

Booking Details:
- Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
- Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can
- 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
- A "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.

- "So Close Coastal Condo" at Sea Coast Suites is in the heart of Surf City, NC on Topsail Island! Surf City is one of North Carolinas best kept secrets! One of the best parts of this quaint beach town is it is still non-commercialized, and the pace is slower & relaxed.
- There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
- If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
- One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip, and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

- Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!
