The space
Step into the light-filled entrance hall, where you'll find two inviting bedrooms, a utility room and a stylish shared bathroom featuring a shower over the bath.

The master bedroom offers a serene retreat, complete with a luxurious super-king-size bed and elegant furnishings. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a super-king zip and link be to enable single beds should it be required, making it perfect for family or friends.

Continue through to the stunning open-plan living area, where a sleek, high-spec kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining space that comfortably seats four, and a cosy lounge adorned with plush armchairs. Expansive sliding doors flood the space with natural light and frame the beautiful surroundings, creating an ideal setting for relaxing and entertaining. On warmer days, open the doors to embrace indoor-outdoor living, or during cooler evenings, curl up by the indulgent log burner.

Step outside to be captivated by sweeping panoramic views across the valley, with the rolling hills of Exmoor National Park visible in the distance. The meticulously landscaped garden features a generous lawn, a hot tub, and a crackling fire pit. The standout feature is the exquisite, oak-framed outdoor kitchen, equipped with a Delivita wood-fired oven, and Kamado Joe BBQ, perfect for memorable alfresco dining experiences.

Woodlark is accessed through the main driveway with parking for two cars. The key will be left in the safe next to the entrance hall.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
