Chamberlands is a true gem to be discovered in Lake Tahoe. Located between Homewood and Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this neighborhood offers wonderful woodsy locations with many properties bordering on streams. Chambers Landing Restaurant is a local’s favorite and located right on the water. During the summer, offering an outdoor bar and grill during the day and open for fine dining in the evenings, Chambers Landing Restaurant has it all! The restaurant is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Many homes are walking distance to this area and have access to the sandy beaches.

Homes within the Chamberland’s subdivision have access to a private section of the beach and can use shuttle service for transportation from their homes to the beach. The shuttle departs every half hour on the hour beginning at 11am with the last regular run at 4:30pm. The shuttle operates daily from July 2nd – August 22nd.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put bear fence back on.
In summer please put beach pass back or there is a $200 replacement fee.
Please put towels by the washer. If time allows the cleaner would love it you pushed start with some detergent but if not no problem,
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
