This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath Maui Sands Seaside condo located on the second floor, unit 720, is the perfect spot for a peaceful island getaway. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The living room includes a flat-screen TV and a window AC unit to keep you cool, along with cozy furnishings to make you feel right at home. Just steps from the ocean, you'll enjoy the sound of the waves and gorgeous Maui sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to dine in, and the laid-back, tropical atmosphere of Maui Sands Seaside offers a true Hawaiian experience. A perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking to unwind in West Maui.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Run of the mill one bedroom condo. The kitchen was well equipped except for seating; the only seating was uncomfortable high chairs at the counter. Bedroom was Ok. The view from the lanai was nothing but foliage- meh. We were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool. and no beach; yes, the property fronts on the ocean, but there is no beach, just rocks.
