Upscale Best Western

Fantastic service at the front desk, especially by the lady running the breakfast. The rooms were very nice and clean, with nice amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean, in great shape, and without stains. Breakfast was great, many different items to choose from, and fresh. This is a pleasant, better-than-average, comfortable stay with a clean, well-decorated room.

I'm sure this doesn't happen every time; however, the area had gone through a heavy downpour earlier, so the parking lot was flooded in many areas. There was a big puddle right in front of my room, which made it hard to unload my car and step into my room.

Staff is 100% breakfast was great. Old closed buildings nextdoor . Run down shell station otherwide of it. Its an older hotel that looks like new paint. You can hear ppl closing doors all night. Older carpet. 20 year old tv . Price was around 140$ better hotels in area for 100$ . Bed was nice and newer VERY hot water , great breakfast and staff. Should be a 75$ stay though cause old tv and noises from other rooms comes through walls.

Check in took 41 minutes. The clerk could not find my booking and said that's what I get for booking with a third party. It was 1am and I had been working on my deceased mother's estate all week. I just wanted to sleep and use the bathroom. I was told the bathroom was not for guests. It was the worst check in experience ever. The facilities themselves were fine once I actually got to a room. I really wanted to go somewhere else, but I had already paid to be there.

I booked this hotel thru Expedia, the hotel didn't have the room Expedia said they had. Double check before booking with Expedia it is a hassel trying to get your money back from Expedia.
