Description of the house:



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright interior with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room equipped with a wood stove. Separate toilets, shower room, laundry room, and a bedroom (160x200 bed) with direct access to the terrace and shower room. Upstairs, three independent bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, two 140x200 beds) offer a superb sea view. An independent WC and a bathroom with shower and WC complete the upper floor. Outside, the wooden terrace under an awning invites you to enjoy the changing tides. Children's play area, pétanque court, barbecue, plancha, table tennis, adult and children's bikes, inflatable kayak and paddleboard are at your disposal. Private parking inside the property, with a motorized sliding gate at the entrance.
