Located just 15 minutes from restaurants and amenities in Marble Falls, this light and airy 3BR/2BA home is the ideal lake retreat! Bring your boat and tie it off at the dock in the backyard, or relax on the wraparound deck. Pecan Creek is a quiet channel on Lake LBJ, great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing -- and is just steps from your back door. Hop in and boat to the open waters of Lake LBJ, only two minutes away.

Relax in style in the light and airy living area, featuring comfortable furnishings and cathedral ceilings. Watch favorite shows on the 52” flat-screen TV with Roku and a DVD player. Large picture windows frame peekaboo views of the lake. The remodeled garage boasts a foosball table and an arcade game machine.

The chef in your group will appreciate the sleek, updated kitchen -- equipped with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table with seating for six. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

This one-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a king bed and a desk. An en-suite primary bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The remodeled garage doubles as a third bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Spend afternoons on the wraparound deck, furnished with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table. Make use of the gas grill and host a family cookout. Relax under the shade of trees in the expansive backyard, complete with private access to Lake LBJ. A private covered dock makes traveling to Lake LBJ a breeze. The channel is wake free, so it’s a safe place to keep your boat tied up throughout your stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, a washer/dryer, three kayaks and canoes, as well as driveway parking are provided.

Nestled on Pecan Creek, your waterfront retreat is a 2-minute boat ride to the open waters of constant-level Lake LBJ. Drive 10 minutes to visit the Horseshoe Bay Lighthouse, or explore convenient stores and dining options eight minutes away in Cottonwood Shores. A plethora of restaurants, shops, and amenities are only a 15-minute drive in Marble Falls. For more urban excursions, plan a day trip to Austin, one hour from your front door.

Things to Know
Please note the boat slip is not available for guest use.
This ground-level, one-story home does not require any stairs for access. However, the deck has a small set of stairs descending to the backyard.
This property is on 1/2 an acre and the water access is at the end of the yard.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Boat Dock / Boat Ramp:
- The Creek is 4ft deep.
- Guests can tie off their boat at the dock only. The boat slip is not available for guest use.
- There is no boat ramp onsite. The closest boat ramp to the home would be Lake LBJ Marina/Bay Marine- https://lakelbjmarina.com/




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Simply AMAZING!!

The home was impeccable!!! Being right off the canal was Perfect for our group. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for some peace and quite while being close to the lake. Definitely going in our return list!!

Quiet beautiful getaway spot off the main lake

This was a beautiful spot inside and out! Put our boat in at Horseshoe Bay Marina and kept it on the dock at night. Very calm and quiet spot!

Nice getaway

The property was the perfect size for our family of five. The converted garage to “kids cave” was a great addition for our teen boys! We brought our boat and were able to tie it off to the dock (note you cannot pull into the slip or use the boat lift) which was great. The closest boat ramp given by the management company is actually on the other side of the dam and therefore you cannot get to the property using that ramp (we learned the hard way). There is a marina just a bit closer that allows you to use their ramp for $10. It would be nice to have a closer ramp. There is one in the neighborhood but is closed for some reason. The property was cleaned well. When we arrived there were a few dead little bugs in the house, but it is a lake house so I’m sure those are hard to keep out. Overall it was a great time! (Gift card provided for review)

Girls weekend success

The house was perfect for our group of four woman. We used to work together and the house gave us the perfect space to enjoy the weather, catch up, enjoy some wine, kayak and have access to wineries and restaurants. The house was clean, had a large yard with a dock, two kayaks, and plenty of beds so we could each have our own. The kitchen/dining and living room were also spacious and comfortable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home...from the location & use of the kayaks to the size & cleanliness...and my teens were thrilled to discover that the garage had been turned into a game room! It was a perfect home base for hiking around the area and fishing, kayaking & relaxing in the evenings. We hope to come back soon!

Lovely holiday weekend

The house was in great shape. It seemed to have been recently updated and was very clean. We stayed a couple of days and went hiking at inks lake state park which was also beautiful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks as well!

Beautiful Home!

This was our 2nd time to stay and again, it did not disappoint! We love this home, the neighbors and all the area has to offer. My husband has become quite the kayak fisherman and this home provides him the perfect place to fish and enjoy the quiet and peaceful spots he found. We hope to visit again very soon!!

Fantastic location

Excellent location. The house was modern and big for all of us to stay comfortably. We had some questions and got quick responses. The place was a bit dusty and we spotted a few bugs but were told that’s normal due to the proximity to the creek. There were kayaks and canoes but don’t forget to bring your life jackets! Other than that we enjoyed our stay...

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time at the lake house! Quiet weekend with my husband and toddler. The kayaks were fun to paddle around and swimming was easy right by the house. The property was sprawling with tons of gorgeous trees; great views from the living room. Neighbors were very friendly! Easy communication with the property manager. Thank you for an enjoyable trip!

This was our first visit to the area. We are from New Mexico and will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. My two teenagers each brought a friend and we had plenty of space and everyone had a bed. The house had everything we needed and the property managers quickly responded to questions before the trip so we knew what we needed to bring. The water was great and the kids (and adults) enjoyed swimming everyday. The neighbors next door were friendly as well. We absolutely loved this trip and would recommend this house to others. Accommodations were excellent and the location was perfect.

Cozy, clean, on quiet creek

Simple, clean, cozy home. We had 4 adults, 4 little kids and a baby, And all slept comfortably. PLEASE NOTE: the closest public boat ramp is the Lake LBJ Marina, NOT Cottonwood Shores, as was listed in the description. (Cottonwood Shores ramp is on Lake Marble Falls, not LBJ) We emailed Turnkey to get the correct boat ramp info, and they never responded. (Turnkey was not very responsive through email.) Disappointing that we weren’t able to use the boat ramp in the neighborhood just down the street. (It was locked) Bring paper towels and trash bags; not much is provided. Pros: layout of house, clean and updated home, big backyard with lots of birds and huge trees, boat slip, Nintendo, kayaks, on a very quiet part of the lake, caught fish off the dock Cons: Pecan creek is very shallow (3-4 ft deep) and still/murky water. We did not feel comfortable letting our kids swim right by the house. It’s about a 5 minute slow boat ride to the large cove where the creek opens up. Also, no ceiling fan in bedroom by kitchen; It got hot at night. No disposal in sink.

Just what we needed

One of the best VRBO we’ve have ever had. House is even better than pics online. Was super clean. Communication with TurnKey was amazing. Had an issue with door lock and it was resolved in 5 min. Awesome. The backyard was wonderful. We used the kayaks and the boat slip was just what we wanted. 2 min boat ride to main lake. Best boat ramp is the LBJ Marina - 10 mins. We hand fed deer in back yard and saw an armadillo. Kitchen was well equipped, but can bring your own spices. Grill was excellent. BONUS was washer and dryer. Super helpful after several days on the lake.

RELAXING!

The location and house were wonderful! They keypad on the door kept giving me a red light even though I was pushing the correct buttons. Finally figured out you have to push them VERY LIGHTLY. We were told the about the closest boat ramp and put our boat in, only to find out it DOES NOT go to the house! There is a neighborhood ramp that requires a key, not sure if the owners have one or not, but them had to pay $10 (which was not a big deal) at the Marina to put in there so we could get to the house. Somewhere there is some mis-information. Would be great if you could put your boat in at the community ramp in the subdivision! But after we spent half a day unloading and loading the boat trying to get back to the water at the house we enjoyed it very much! Be sure you take baggies or storage containers for left overs or food... nothing there for that. No foil or Saran Wrap either, we just made do with plastic grocery bags. Glad we didn’t have any issues because I did text the office for the boat ramp info and I got a message that they couldn’t find my phone number in the system. I did not bother to call. Overall it was a great stay and now that we know “the ropes” for this location we would definitely stay again and recommend! Just DO NOT go to the Cottonwood Shores boat ramp like they tell you... you cannot get to the house from there!

Relaxing Vacation

Our small family of 3 had an amazing time staying here. The house was beautiful and the wrap around views of the lake were incredible. We loved everything about the house and the property, including the precious neighbors!! My husband fished every second that he could from the dock and caught bass, catfish, sunfish, etc Needless to say, we will hopefully be back very soon!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!
