Private secluded apartment with pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room just for you

NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property benefits a private spa including a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites. Bedroom1 has a king-size bed and bedroom 2 has two singles beds with the possibility of adding a guest bed or you can use the sofabed for kids.
The apartment is completely private whereas the spa area should be treated and considered as a shared public space in terms of dress etiquette. So swimsuits etc must be worn at all times (no skinny dipping).
The property is located in a village setting along a country lane and is a gated property. With ample space for parking, you have access to the outdoor tennis court and garden albeit this area is shared with my family home. The Pool Room and Apartment have privacy but the pool area is attached to our main residence (family home) and hence why we do NOT want any pool parties or over-excited guests. If this is your intended use, please do not book and be disappointed, this is not the property for you. The pool area should be considered as a tranquil spa environment and is covered by cameras just like a public spa. Please consider this very carefully.
Ps: Over excited kids are more than welcome.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen.
Bedroom 1 - Has a king size bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Has 2 single beds and ensuite
We can add a guest bed for a 5th person.
Living room - Has a sofa bed that can be used for kids, not comfortable for adults (just my opinion).
With 5 people staying you will be compromising your stay in terms of luxury, for example we only have a 4 seat dinner table. We just want to be very clear, if you are considering 5 adults.
The property is attached to our main residence (family home) and as such we cannot allow pool parties or events. The spa space is to be treated as a public spa, creating a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy. Please ensure you read all the house rules. If you like to party, this is not the space for you. Please choose an alternative venue to save disappointment.

Ps: Kids are more than welcome to be kids.
