Perfect for visiting the Convention Center

The house was cozy and clean. The neighborhood appears a little rough, but we didn’t have any issues. There was a cell phone plugged up, charging on the porch when we got there which was a little concerning. Otherwise, the location/proximity was great! Easy walk to the convention center and popular local restaurants and bars. We didn’t get our check-in code by check-in time, but a quick call to the people manager resolved this issue. My biggest complaint was that there were two coffee pots and no coffee. Lol. There was also no cleaning supplies that we could locate. Over all, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again (and bring coffee ;) ).

Total Solar Eclipse

Property was very clean and provided easy access to downtown Hot Springs and all the fun eclipse activities we were in town for. While the immediate area was a little run down, the neighborhood was very quiet with friendly people. We found the property manager to be very responsive and promptly resolved our internet issue....and since I was working remotely, this was greatly appreciated! If you're bringing your pooch and they tend to chase other animals - make sure to keep them on a leash as the neighborhood cats and dogs do roam about during the day. They aren't aggressive or anything, but they do walk about.
