During certain times of the year you will have a front row seat to the boat parade during the City’s Fireworks celebrations over the water, right from your own balcony!
Here you will have the best of both worlds during Oaklawn Gaming and Casino’s world class Thoroughbred Horse Racing Season. Close enough to get there easily, but far enough away to find a peaceful haven from the crowd.
There are a lot of things to do nearby- city award winning José’s Mexican restaurant, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pizza, a new music venue/bar-H2O Hawg’s and Billiards all within a mile. Putt Putt golf also very close by.
In the summer you’ll find boat and jet ski rentals just across the bridge. Also close to shopping and several really great antique stores and flea markets.
There is a tv in the living room and the master bedroom for streaming, and the twin bedroom offers a dvd player. We do supply a selection of dvds for your visit in case you’d like to use that dvd player. Sun Setter’s offers keyless entry and non contact checkin and out. You will receive gate code, entry code and wi-fi password before you check in.

** Our pricing is a little higher on the special weekends when we hold our City Fireworks Display. There are a lot of fireworks to see across your view of our fair city and You will have the best seat in town to watch it all from the comfort of your own Balcony! No traffic, no crowds! One of the great perks of this property!

There is smoking allowed at the property, but only outside or out on one of the two decks-
No Smoking inside, please, and thank you.
And to keep, the allergens down for our guests- absolutely NO PETS allowed. Thanks!

We Unfortunately need to mention- please do not rearrange the furniture. If we have to turn beds around and move heavy furniture that has been moved there will be an extra minimum charge of $50.00. Our cleaning team are women and are not paid or able to move furniture.
Some movement is acceptable and happens but turning beds around and rearranging tables is not. Thank you.
