Hillside Retreat at Kelly Hollow Farm

Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your private deck with peaceful hillside views. Picnic along the clear stream shaded by trees and experience life on a small farm. Kelly Hollow Farm and Stay is located near the most popular Hot Springs attractions including Historic downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, hiking and biking trails, and Magic Springs Amusement park.

This modern, studio style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed and a twin sofa bed. A portable baby crib is also available. There is a full bath with tub. The private balcony overlooks the hillside pasture and has a hot tub, outdoor seating, grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has WiFi and a smart TV.

Kelly Hollow Farm is located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, the barnyard, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail.

The property is accessed via a maintained gravel road.

Visitors are allowed with prior approval. Please update your reservation if they plan to spend the night.

Quiet Time is from 10:00PM – 7:00AM. The stars and fireflies are beautiful out here but please be quiet when viewing them during quiet hours.

There are two listings on the farm in addition to our house, so you may encounter other guests or our family while walking around. There are multiple locations on the property for you get away and enjoy nature. Please respect other guests’ privacy and use another location if one is occupied.

Very nice for a private retreat. No noise, no people, just plenty of chickens, ducks, and goats to watch (or not). Rental was very clean, and everything worked. I had a great stay. Thanks, Mike and the team.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. On our initial arrive, we had to wait for a dozen ducks to waddle up the driveway ahead of us. What a cute welcome wagon!! The only access was up 20 stairs, but the beautiful room and hot tub more than made up for that. We enjoyed the animals, nature and quiet. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Hot Springs.

Perfect Blend of Country Quiet and City Access

My mother and I were very happy with our stay. Entry was easy, and the loft was lovely, with the perfect amount of space for us, kitchenette and all. We were able to purchase fresh eggs and make ourselves breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed petting the goats (and getting goat kisses) and giving ear scratches to the adorable pigs. We appreciated that we were given our space; the owner was polite and only engaged with us when we purchased eggs.We loved that the location was away from the city but still a short drive from downtown, where we could visit a spa and then return to the quiet, remote setting we prefer over the hustle and bustle of hotels.I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return!

Spring Break in Hot Springs

My husband and seven month old daughter loved the Hillside Retreat. The land is absolutely beautiful everywhere you go. We walked along the creek for a while just to enjoy the scenery and explore the property. There’s several areas that you can stop and rest or picnic. We also enjoyed seeing all the farm animals around and we loved that you are able to interact with them if you want. There are so many small touches on this property that make it a wonderful place to stay, I’d recommend it to anyone!

Comfortable, clean, and fun farm stay

The unit is somewhat small but very well designed and equipped and very comfortable. Owner was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals and scratching the pigs behind the ears.

Beautiful Property!

This was a perfect stay for us. My 12 year old daughter loves animals and couldn't get enough visiting with all of them. There was even a brand new baby goat born the day we arrived! I enjoyed exploring the property, especially around the creek. Make sure you find Fun-size Falls :) The drive into Hot Springs is quick and scenic with easy access to trails and parks. We would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Loved the Farm

We loved everything about the Hillside Retreat, so much that me and my fiance wished we could have canceled the next leg of our trip to stay longer. We loved watching the goats and new kids; they were visible from the sitting areas inside and on the deck were so entertaining to watch. The bed was so comfy and great between the excursions into Hot Springs. The hot tub was great for star gazing at night. I loved the drive to and from Hot Springs, just be advised that the dirt road doesn't have any lights at night. But I'm a country girl at heart and this satisfied my urge to cruise random country roads.
