Lakefront home on a dead-end road. Plenty of room for family and friends but cozy enough for just a couple's getaway. The main house can sleep up to 14 people with a sofa bed. The guest house can sleep up to 4 guests. Back backyard has a boat dock with power, full lake access, large fire pit, cocktail pool, hot tub, grill, and horseshoes. Board games, WIFI, and movie streaming in both homes. Plenty of parking or boats. Restaurants, Walmart, and public boat ramp are less than 2 miles away!

The house was clean, it’s a bit odd layout, but overall okay, there were issues with the pool not being clean when we got there, but we did move our check in a day early, the pool guy came and kind of cleansed the pool, it still wasn’t perfect but better, also and there is nothing they can do about this but be aware there is an abundance of snakes we saw water snakes, timber rattlers, and copperheads in our stay so be aware outside especially at night, made host aware, like I said not much they can do it’s on the lake and all, but people with kids should look out

Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway. Was a little bit worried when we pulled up and there were auction signs everywhere but it seemed fine. The house itself is interestingly designed but is nice and has lots of room for everyone. I thought the inside was going to be smaller and the outside larger, because of the pictures, but it is the opposite-which was perfect. Having access to the guest house is a nice touch. Backyard was amazing with the fire pit, hot tub, and just enjoying being outside. It was a little too chilly for the small pool but I’d love to come back again and stay longer. Overall, 9/10 only because the drive into hot springs was longer than I expected and we didn't care much for the barn doors .

Peaceful lake house

We enjoyed our stay in the house, it was clean, kitchen was fully equipped and beautiful surroundings and back back yard well kept, the location was quiet and peaceful. I think the house needs an extra bathroom that is accessible in the common areas when there is a large group staying in the house. Sara was always responsive and accessible when we had questions! An outdoor shower will be a plus specially to use the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a great time at the place, and we loved Hot Spring Arkansas

Great place.

Great communication with host. Beautiful location. Super fun for our kids. Comfy beds. To get to the bathrooms in the main house, you have to walk thru the bedrooms. There is no main communal bathroom.

Senior Trip Family Vacation

My daughter wanted a Senior Trip with the Family. Booked this beautiful house & property. Everything was clean and super nice. I loved how open and bright the house is. The little kiddos enjoyed the pool almost every day. The big kids enjoyed the dock area. The adults enjoyed the sitting area out on the back deck. Would definitely love to stay here again!
